Se llama el pegamento MD (Mod Podge) es pegamento para decoupage, lo encuentras en Amazon.

printed napkins you can buy at party supplies store, the napkins usually used for special occassion. Or you can find it at craft store online and offline :)

Can u just use pva glue
Yes you also can use pva glue altough the quality might not be the same. Craft grade decoupage glues are usually contain anti acid formula that helps your artwork will have the same color in the future, not fading because of the acid weather that cause oxidation.
