The Sunnah Of God Does Not Change

Muslims speak endlessly about the "sunnah of the messenger". But what does the Qur'an mean by the word "sunnah", and "the sunnah of God" in particular?
All instances of sunnah in the Qur’an: (3:137, 4:26, 8:38, 15:13, 17:77, 17:77, 18:55, 33:38, 33:62, 33:62, 35:43, 35:43, 35:43, 40:85, 48:23, 48:23).
NOTE: At 11.43 I say seven cases for sunnah of God. I mean eight cases.
