Super recipe.There is a துவையல் with the skins .please make one Video.
There was a comments where the curd had curdled!
It may be due to many reasons.
Instead of Curd,add thick milk.
In the UK we have 3%Fat Milk.
In the US the fat content is high.
It will give a super taste.
Instead of curd ,add single fat cream or if your Cholesterol and LDL is low,add Double fat cream.
They are very very delicious.
If you want more deliciousness
Then add Butter.
One caution adding cream and butter will increase your Cholesterol.Bear that in mind.
