- Israel just bombed a hospital into non-existence.
Doctors, nurses, infants, orphans, refugees-at least 800 innocents, gone from this world in an instant.
But not dead. They are in the Merciful Hands of Allah, receiving the rank and blessings of honored martyrs. They’ve been chosen to be among His shuhada’, and we’ve been chosen to speak out against the ongoing massacre of the Gazan people.
Now is the moment for each of us to stand up to an uncaring world and make them see the brutality and horror wrought by Israel’s agenda of genocide against the Palestinian people.

My uncle was the head chief of all Canada that came up with this identity for our people his name is Phil Fountain. I grew up with Christian religion in my home. I used to go to Sunday school. And two prominent nuns of the catholic church were close friends to my family. Sister Leslie and sister Mac namera. There is a school in the name of one of the sisters. Anyways God has always been apart of my life. I have seeked out God my entire life it has always been my passion. It's going on my 5th year of learning about Islam. You have a beautiful heart. I must say it is a good encouragement for us to fast like it's Ramadan. This serves as a good reminder for the Muslim ummah and continuously praying for them. Thursday is a good day to do the voluntary fast and I have already seen some people encourage fellow Muslims to do that. Thank you sister for the suggestion
Exactly my thoughts. I believe we should be fasting to show that when our brothers and sisters 100 of miles away have no food, water and basic life necessities , we can not enjoy this worldly life. Everything I see someone laughing, enjoying make me so sad that how can we enjoy this life, how we can't feel their pain

Sister you can keep your prayers continue especially night prayers before Fajor and you can recite dua qunoot. Also any five prayer time you can pray. We Muslims are one and hearts are broken what’s going on in the Middle East

Don't despair for the ones that have passed. InsyaAllah, they're with Allah, in a much better place than where we are. Be driven by the fact that they have a higher likelihood than we of being among those who Allah will Allow to enter Jannah 'Without Hisab and Without Azab'. Hisab alone will be terrifying even if one passes it in the end. We have to strive even harder to catch up to them in pleasing Allah.

I take morsel of food an my mind goes there. Few of the children faces stuck in my mind. May Allah liberate Masjid al Aqsa and Palestine. May Allah protect my oppressed Palestinians brothers and sisters and other oppressed Muslim brothers and sisters around the globe.

Did you see the carnage of innocent Israelis?
For me, it is not the dead that is breaking my heart. Glory to our martyrs. It is the ones left behind, the child that is crying out for their mom and she is a martyr. This is what is breaking me every single day. What do we do or say or listen to, to help our hearts? My heart aches for them.

Thank you Dr Omar for this lecture ! After last night bombing of the hospital it was getting so hard for me to even get out of bed . I know that they are not dead but alive with our Lord but the grief of helplessness and to witness it is just …. These lectures are so very important as it provided me with hope once again . The reminder of Allah’s promise . May Allah ease the oppressed everywhere and help our brothers and sisters specially in Palestine.

I am a Nigerian but I have had such a had time with the situation in Gaza these past days so much that it has left me very sad. And I have watched a lot of debates about the ongoing crisis but they haven't been very helpful to pit my mind at ease. May Allah reward you and increase you in knowledge ya sheik. May Allah accept all of them into paradise and give peace and comfort to the Palestinian people.

I feel broken seeing pictures of the children who have been killed. I look at the joy my 2 year old gives me and i feel lucky very lucky. I just want to cry i feel useless to do anything. May allah give us all strength to help the best way we can and give these little angels the highest heaven.

I still have so much to learn. I converted to Islam last year, and seeing innocent lives taken away is heartbreaking and I'm still learning how to cope. Living in America I have no idea what I can do about the situation, but voice that what is going on is not okay. Subhannuh Allah subhannuh Allah subhannuh Allah! Allah subhannuh wa ta'ala has made a place for the innocent lives taken and has given them life 🫶🏽 My anger still exists but my heart feels better knowing they are in Jannah.
