i myself am fairly new to the collecting community, i started collecting pcs in january this year !! all of these tips are based on my own experiences and what i found helpful/ wish i knew earlier when collecting :) it's probably best to look at a few sources to decide if collecting is for you 🫶

hi! just asking do you know where is a safe place to buy a5 binders from?
this was really helpful bc i bought a set of new jeans cards from etsy but i wasnt exactly sure how the whole 'collecting' thing worked but now i do ! also do lomo cards count as photocards bc they seem quite cheap but im unsure
people do collect lomo cards as well as far as im aware but they're not worth the same as cards that come straight from the idol/group !! lomo cards are fan made in huge quantities so they aren't official :) but if you enjoy collecting these then that's great !!

hi!! if you think pc collecting will bring u joy then absolutely go for it 🤭 i feel like a lot of people start out their collection when they were a teen but it can be difficult since pc collecting comes with a price tag and from my experience alone, without a job or some sort of income it can become a bit hard to collect photocards. with that said, pacing yourself to a photocard a week might be a good way to start !! im 18 now but until i had a job i took collecting at a very slow pace. if you're planning to start a collection good luck !!! 🩷🩷🩷

ive been thinking abt buying pcs from vinted, tt shop, etsy etc but how do i know if theyre official cards??
hey!! if a seller is selling official pcs they'll probably list where it came from as well, such as the album, merch or store pob ! non official cards are usually cheaper and you can get them in bulk !
if you want to tell whether a card is authentic i would recommend you look at other photos of the card alongside the one your wanting to buy. if it looks different i.e. zoomed in, different colouring, different finish compared to pictures of the authentic ones then it's an not official card !!

Hii, i wanna ask is it okay to not double sleeeve, I only bought 1 pack of popcorn games sleeves, and thats only enough for all my photocards to have one sleeve on them, do you think thats okay huhu?
hi!! yes it should be okay ☺️ the second sleeve is just for a little extra protection but one sleeve is alright too !!
Also I just wanna say, I kind of want to take a rest from collecting huhu, i wanna save enough money for my savings and also enough money to buy more albums, I think im making the right decision i think?😅

@@aainyy omg Im so sorry but I really want to ask this question, its just that i have no one else to ask, is it okay if I use a sleeve that is bigger than my photocards? I used the green one from popcorn games, and when I insert it in my binder it was very fit, i had some hard time putting it in but it looked fine after I inserted it, is that okay?(idk if u understand what i said but for context my binder is a A5 binder)😭
i dont understand where to find the price of photocards thoughhh, is it only me? i find that the prices on ebay at least really varies from seller to seller
hey!! there's usually a recommended price that pcs go for, taking into account what kind of card it is but theres no set prices for photocards. there's helpful accounts over on instagram (e.g. skzpricing) that post how much some cards *should* be. but even so, prices vary from seller to seller which is why i recommend you don't buy from the first seller you see without comparing it to others!! obviously this doesn't apply to rarer cards since there's less people selling them, but for example: seller A is selling a card for £7, seller B is selling the same thing for £15 and seller C is selling it for £5. Seller B is clearly overpricing so you may not want to buy from them !! it takes a little bit of experience but soon enough it'll be second nature :) hope this helps!! ☺️🫶
