That's a shapeshifter/skinwalker.
It is an actual thing in the base game and is used to trick the crewmates but it has a cooldown. I'm assuming that Black's shapeshift/skinwalk died out and is revealing Black.

At 18:36 I think their is two imposters signing and when it changed to red to black the vocals change

The amount of notes on the screen actually looks terrifying but only to non-pc players, as hitting clusters of notes like those on pc is easier.
because the PC is getting hardcore favouritism in literally every single game that’s a multi-platform game, (e.g fortnite and in this case fnf)
No hates to pc players as it’s not their fault they get spoiled by those games,
But the game devs who make them are starting to annoy me since I don’t have a proper computer setup and usually play on the more bigger consoles that usually require a controller.
They make it so the pc players barely have to try and they have the advantage, they still put effort but the advantage is; in fortnite pc players can crank 90s at light speed and in fnf they can hit a bunch of notes that’d usually be terrifying to other platform users such as ipad and/or potentially laptop.
This comment is like probably twice the size of the fnaf lore, if I knew what the other 5 halves of the fnaf lore was.
