How do you adjust the strap height of the bassinet?
You do not need to buckle in for bassinet mode and only use the straps when the bassinet is in toddler mode. The straps are fed through the back of the seat cushion and then you can adjust like any regular harness.
Are the wheels runner or plastic
Can only fold with toddler facing forward correct? I can't figure out how to fold it when toddler is facing parent

What color pattern is the stroller in? I see that they have two different black versions but this has a pattern that I am not sure I have seen.
The color pattern of this stroller is Crescent Cove! It is an exclusive print, which is why it isn't listed on the Maxi-Cosi website

Yes there is! There is a large canopy with a flip-out visor and peek-a-boo window

Hi! It is not steel based, but there are steel crossbars underneath for the harness system that also absorb and disperse energy away from the occupant in a collision.
