Funny Moment In Street Fighter The Movie (1994) M Bison It Was Tuesday

A rather poor movie but it had a couple of fun bit in it. It also had the brilliant actor Raul Julia playing M Bison and did a brilliant job. Here's the man himself doing a perfect scene and it always makes me smile 😁
