And why the boling of mince, dipping it in egg and expecting that to become a burger or meatball?And don't get me started on the flour. It's like she's afraid of kneading and working the dough. Why??? I think she has trouble reading, yet she always writes down the recipes and undoubtedly misses a few steps or just ignores them. Put on a video Kay and pause it when needed. People are very kind to her in the same way you praise a child cooking for the first time. Why? She's a grown woman and should know how to take constructive criticism but apparently not. I'm gobsmacked.
Kay the thing about pealla rice is that its very absorbant. 1kg of rice will absorb 4 litres of water. The Spanish tend to use stock (chicken or fish stock). Try that next time
