Solano is so underrated, he is one of the best player of the PADRES

Oh yeah. It’s very sneaky how they have him bat 5th after Manny because they think he is the big man to get out. But it’s Solano who is a beast out there.
Solana been a solid hitter. He was a pest to the Padres when he was a Giant.

The Padres have been playing like a real baseball team lately. Don't ask me what kind of a team they were before.... screwy, wishy washy, effed up, ill, diseased etc... So it's good but no, I'm not going to get all excited yet.

Whatever comes of this season, one thing I'm very impressed by is the Padres' coaching staff. Excellent. Very well managed team, even though they lack enough talent to go very far.

They have talent, but they don't have the talent of the teams that have been in front of them since the beginning. Such as the Dodgers, Phillies, and Yankees.
Teams like those are practically unstoppable if they play to their ability and can field the lineups they intend.
The Padres had more talent last season, yes, and I agree with you that they underperformed historically.
Now, they have much less talent, but are playing at or above their ability, and have some surprising success coming from some journeymen.
