Thanks for your video! Excellent tutorial. I tried to turn it into a necklace and the kumihimo braid is twisting, so that the pip beads are rotating around the braid instead of staying on one side as in your bracelet. Am I doing something wrong? or is my braid too tight? Is there a way to correct this?
Jennifer Boyle hi did you manage to fix the twisting problem as I'm having the same issue
I haven't done this tutorial yet but did something similar (bracelet) Because of the design of having all the seed beads on the bottom it will have a bit of a twist so it sits on the wrist a little better, but it isn't pronounced. This twist will be more evident if you follow the same pattern to create a necklace. You won't be able to avoid the twist without laying out the beads a little differently...& I haven't figured it out yet.
I have a question. The chart on the video has fewer beads that the chart listed above. How much or a difference does it make in the length. The video has 8 sequences on each cord but the chart has 9 sequences on each cord.
I guess I'll have to figure it out for myself.

I thought this was a fab tutorial UNTIL I saw there are errors in bead sequence. Written not the same as online so will NOT be making!
