Thanks bro . I have been searching an easy to understand video about VPC on CZcams, but every person starts using extreme technical jargon from the very start, as if I have already passed my PhD exam about VPC and watching the tutorial just for fun.

You can create Maximum of 5 VPCs, with maximum of 200 subnets per VPC. This limit can be extended if you speak to AWS.
One interesting fact that I learned subnets are availability zone specific and VPC is region specific.
VPC CIDR cannot be changes, however the new feature has been introduced by AWS where you can create a secondary CIDR.

It was an amazing lecture about VPC. My answer to your question is that we can create 5 VPC Max in a single account and 200 subnets in each VPC.
If required more than 5 VPC than You raise a request to AWS for customization.

1 account me per Region we can create 5 VPC - Per VPC we can create 200 Subnets.
Every VPC reside inside Region.
Subnets reside under AZ.
Implied Router resides under Region.
Every Subnet must have unique CIDR.

One quest...
If you have 2 ubuntu instances located in different subnets in the same VPC. now to your understanding these instances should be able to communicate with each other... but when you try to ping from 1 instance 2 other ,you get time out. the route tables seems to be valid and has the entry for the target LOCAL for your VPC CIDR.
In one region we can create maximum 5 VPC and in one VPC we can create 200 subnets. Thanks to you :)
