For those struggling with a morning routine, as my wife's late grandmother would tell her, "Morning comes early." I know that sounds cryptic but she was referring to one's evening routine. My morning routine is only as effective as my evening routine. Ideally, it looks something like... - Lights out for my son at 9pm. - Time with the wife till 10pm or 10:30pm. - "30 to the '30s" = 30 minutes before bed, we only perform activities that we possible in the 1930s (reading, journaling, listening to music, no screens) - Lights out at 11pm I think a lights-out alarm is even more potent than a wake-up alarm.
Agree with #2. Vague goals are alright but setting specific goal helps you achieve specific goals as well for your blog. BTW, time blocking is an amazing idea too!
My favorite tip is definitely podcasts and working out, usually at the same time. Nothing is more inspiring. Loved this video. I bought your course as year and relisten when I need motivation.
I seriously only functions with time blocking since I was in high school never understood how I got that habit but so glad I did! But over these past years I've been slacking because I haven't been doing time blocking and I feel like I am a mess! Time block works so well!
Loved this video. I have procrastinated so much so that being a tester is so true. I heard it before from a book. Its not that Im laid back I do a lot I work a lot but not like I should on the things that really move the needle
Can you please make a video on single vs multi niche blogs? The majority of blogs I find online have multiple topics, but they're obviously ranking well being on googles first page. In my research I'm hearing that single niche blogs are the best way to rank and build. So did these people start out as a single niche blog and expand once they already had a following? I'm just trying to understand how so many multi niche blogs do so well. I'm worried about singling in on a micro niche and running out of content ideas!
Sophia did fear ever told you back from working on your blog? Everytime I sit down to work on it I have intense anxiety and just want to walk away 😢 I will literally get anxious about anything, sometimes it’s like the legal side of blogging, sometimes it’s like what if I mess up and put something the wrong way on my blog. I don’t know how to beat this fear. any tips?

Basically I want to write a lifestyle blog and while I know that this makes it difficult to rank on google I can't quite narrow down my approach to one single topic although they are all somewhat related. What do you suggest for people like me? I've watched so many of your videos and taken your course on blogging but I think this is something that has been slowing me down because I feel more reluctant than someone that has just one single topic. Please help !!! =)
