  • Knee pain has become extremely common in old and young generation. Many causes are there. If your knee pain is starting without any injury then you can get relief with these basic exercises. Stretching exercises keep your knee flexible and less prone to injury. Strengthening exercises keep your knee strong to avoid injury. So both are important.     Very useful advise for OA & RA patients & technique to do exercise for relief. One thing please add here regarding pedal edema reduce exercise on RA patients who generally seen bilateral or unilateral edema & swelling of feet inspite of normal blood test.
