After 7+ years of working retail for Christmas, I felt this in my soul.
You know...I never really felt happy around Christmas, but I try so hard. I JUST realized it's because I work retail and it just drains me and shows me the worst side of humanity.
And yes, I'm that dumb. I genuinely was so busy trying to make people happy and stay focused on paying my bills I never put two and two together.
