That’s Saute Sapolu #77 Arizona sun devils! He took them to the rose bowl back in the day! He also made it to pro NFL he was with the eagles but got injured on the training squad. He is a good man. Can’t believe they spent time and money to mess with him rather than the ones who are harming the land.

In 2019, Samoa Prime Minister stated that Saute Sapolu is a terrorist, made threats against his life, and asked the CIA to investigate. The Prime Minister also stated if Mr. Sapolu should return to Samoa, he will be dealt with accordingly. Now Mr. Sapolu is in Hawaii, U.S.A., making problems with allegedly violating Hawaii land laws by building a structure on state land without a permit. There may be other issues against Mr. Sapolu, i.e., passport, identification, bench warrants, outstanding violations, etc. Mr. Sapolu stated on this news video that " I am king of Samoa, I don't need a permit, I can build anywhere here."
