- Things to try while TTC, this time I am trying the kegg fertility tracker for this cycle. As you know if youre in the same boat of TTC, you are open to trying just about anything, but I am excited to try this specifically because its scientifically based and just makes sense. I will update you on what I think after a couple full cycles!

Have you heard of the oura ring? I use it along with the natural cycles app and it automatically takes my temperature each morning and then uploads it to natural cycles app. Makes it super easy for checking basal temp and predicting ovulation

Have been it difficult to track my ovulation. Using obk no result. Can explain how can use kegg to track my ovulation with my phone.

Hi, Im on my 9th cycle and Im having the same problem that your having (drinking too much water), so thanks for the tip. I wanted to know how precisely Kegg can predict my FW. usually with digital OPKs, there is a flashing smiley face to show when your fertile, and a solid smiley face to show your peak. I wanted to know if Kegg can be that precise as well. Thanks.

We haven’t tried with it since the miscarriage so I don’t have an update for you yet.

Well we experienced a miscarriage, from a pregnancy that was the cycle before I started using this. So far I’ve only used it for one cycle to track and didn’t get pregnant, and since then haven’t been trying so I don’t have an accurate update yet!
