Electric kick scooter - two hundred years of inventions (part 1 from 1761 to 1950) (eng ukr sub)

Hey everybody!
We’ve long been used to taxies, buses or subway in the cities, if they don’t suit you here is a car or bike sharing and something even smaller than bike. Yes, today we are talking about e-scooters.
Within last years this means of transport appeared on city streets all over the world. Some cities like London or New York are trying to ban their use, despite this more and more people keep on buying them.
It’s history that explains why things are happening today and a kick scooter has more than two-hundred-year history. Different sources give differing information about a person who created the very first kick scooter, but all of them suggest that it was back in the 18th century.
It has changed a lot and now it’s hard to believe that the invention of kick scooters promoted the appearance of cycles, run bikes for kids and even motorbikes.
