Do we need to remove excess fluoride from teeth surfaces after removing the tray? If yes, with dry cotton or??

No don’t remove it the fluoride has s sufficiently on to the tooth surface and ask the patient to rinse after 2 hours
Yes if the fluoride excessively spilling into the mouth then you may use cotton or r better guaze piece

No dear it’s not because of fluoride however only excess fluoride can result in MOTTLING OF ENAMEL
