AJ was a freak of an athlete I hope he's not forgotten on how good he was
Dalton to Green will be one of those underrated callbacks that the new old heads speak on for the uninitiated 👍
cincy loves him he was a beast
I would really like a Marques Colston video like this. A Hall of Famer in my opinion, but I really would like to hear a whole story about him and his journey.
Such an underrated receiver
Yes!!!! All here for the Colston love - first jersey I ever owned. A very low draft pick from a tiny school becomes Drew Brees’s #1 target for multiple seasons
Last ever NFL player from my college lol
Man my pops loved Colston and dude a die hard Raider fan 😂
Man I forgot about Colston, he was fantasy 🔥🔥🔥
Flem never misses a beat on "sim-u-lar" and I respect it. 🤣
💀💀💀
@FlemLo Raps can you do a what happened to Dez bryant
@@realisticworld6013 he has this video uploaded on his channel! I believe 1-2 years ago
Hometown hero. Grew up watching AJ ball out for Georgia a few miles down the road from where he came up himself. A legend in the Ville.
Agree. Saw him play in high school. Humble man who always worked hard. He’s what the NFL & life are all about.
Boy am I happy to see this upload! As a lifelong bengals fan, I felt like this man's carrer was cut short due to injuries! Literally 2nd all time on our WR list
Dude was as SOLID as solid can be. ❤😢 it was a pleasure to witness him play.
I’m sad as hell man. Dude was a stand up man his whole career. I really wish he had a chance to make the SB with us. Best to him and his family, I hope he knows how much this city appreciates him and the foundation he laid before leaving.
I'll never forget the high school 2008 receiving class....guys like Julio, AJ, Jon Baldwin, Michael Floyd, and Justin Blackmon. Good times watching college football late 00s-early 10s. Congrats AJ on a successful career
I'm a Charleston SC, native and AJ is a real life legend. As well as Summerville HS.
I was in grade school when the first Charleston 9 happened. Never seen the city like that. There is a memorial there to this day on Highway 17

“Ramsey wore his mouthpiece only for decoration.” Classic quote!! 😂 😂😂😂
Life long Steelers fan, and always respected AJ Greene. Incredibly talented player, and one of my favorite players to have on my fantasy teams.
AJ Green is the GOAT of receivers for my Cincinnati Bengals. He's definitely a Hall of Famer no question about it. Congratulations on a wonderful career AJ Green. The people of Cincinnati and many NFL fans will always remember you
As s kid from SC AJ Green was an inspiration how he carried himself was something that truly rose him up in my eyes
803 or 843?
@@kkapsupremekk2019 803 bug grew up in Charleston
Always was one of my favs alongside AB (before he lost his mind) and Julio
That clutch td vs Pittsburgh is so underrated
FlemLo always putting out the fire content! A.J. was a pleasure to watch. Such a humble and down to earth cat. You can tell he let his actions speak in place of words.
The man was definitely underrated. Great WR
💯
He was always one of the top fantasy WR drafted… definitely not underrated. Just played for a garbage franchise.
You can tell this was a labor of love congrats on one of your best videos and to Green on an incredible career
Been a Cowboy fan my whole life but I used to watch AJ religiously!!! The way he played the position and carried himself was A1. Miss his prime days and gonna miss him playing the game.
The 2nd best wide reciever in bengals history behind Chad Johnson. Wish he was still on the team
He was better than chad u wildlin lol
Carl Pickens was my favorite 😆
With Cory Dillon rb
@BEASLEY lol aj was better than Chad but Chad put the team on the map early 2000 with all the wild td celebrations. Chad was a better route runner and had the best feetwork in the nfl. Aj was a catching machine but that's it bro
@@beasley10 do ur homework 🤡
Chad has more catches,yards,tds
U talk just bcuz u can
@W∆R§ Corey dillion my favorite bengals running back
So glad this man retired as a Bengal today. I started watching football for the first time around 2011, and he was the first draft pick we made I remember. So many amazing memories from his first ever TD against the Browns, that clutch catch in Pittsburgh in 2012, becoming the Raven Killer with all those huge scores in pivotal moments, that TD in the 2015 WC game we should've won, torching Darelle Revis, to catching what should have been Joe Burrow's first ever game winner against the Chargers (BS call I will never get over that one), and MANY, MANY MORE. But what I remember most is how humble he was, always putting in the work coming back from injury and during lean years, and never complaining. I will never forget when he visited my school in 5th grade, spoke to and did his juggling routine in front of our class. Wherever he was, he was always the same AJ, a perfect representation of what our city of Cincinnati is and strives to be. Without a doubt he is my favorite player ever, and I believe a Hall of Famer and the greatest WR in Bengals history. Thank you for the countless memories and moments I and Bengals fans all over the world will never forget 18. WHO DEY FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He’s one of my fav WR’s of all time sad to see Him go but it’s time He was a very underrated WR and player in general a great person I feel like He wasn’t talked about a lot He’s so underrated
AJ Green was one of the first players I ever had memories watching constantly as a kid and his incredible play got me hooked into college and Professional Football. I was really sad when he retired bc I had basically watched him play football of some sort most of my life. It really is an end of an era with most of 2011 draft class retiring.
4th best WR of the 2010’s behind Calvin, Julio and AB. 1st ballot HOF. Salute AJ 👏🏾🖤
@Michael Edwards you don’t know football
@@KingKufu38he’s better than ab
Mannnn Life time Bengals fan... Made me so happy my entire childhood! the only kid from Brooklyn NY sho grew up as a Bengals fan. Big fan Flem been here since you was a used car salesman and just had your baby lol keep grinding fan!!
I never knew his story, and what a tragic and beautiful one it is. Thanks Flem, those Ravens highlights were absolutely filthy!
i’m so grateful as a kid growing up aj was the man that i got to start off with loving this team, always has a special place in my heart
another classic, thank you Flemlo
I knew this was coming, Flem! Your content never disappoints.
Damn, you are an excellent story teller. God bless and hope you accomplish everything that you have set out to do.
Flem you are why network TV sucks, you do such a great job. Thank you for all of you insights and excellent articles. You rock!!!
Great video as always Flem! Thank you for AJ Green video. As life long Bengals fan I always could relate to what you speak on especially with the Bengals. I share similar perspectives about being a fan of this team.
Thank you , Flemlo so much as a Bengal fan since the Jeff Blake era i truly appreciate you highlighting our team and all the GREATS that has played for us. WhoDey Nation is Rising and im happy I and my family get to witness this.
Man..Aj green was in that short list of exciting number one receivers in the early 2010s. One of my favorites along with Calvin Johnson, dez bryant, Andre Johnson, marques colston, Julio jones, demaryius etc
Been busy with life and haven’t been watching your videos in a few months, but Flem you have a gift of storytelling ! Thank you for your hard work and have a Blessed one
There’s solace in watching your videos I know that when ever I am in distress I can watch your videos and learn a lesson about life from your videos. You’ve been a real inspiration and helpful in helping me learn about life and people.
Mr Green was always the epitome of class. Much love and respect to this exceptional man.
As always Flem the greatest truth stories about awesome football athletes,I love your content n delivery🎆🎇💥💜💜💚
I appreciate your work being a Georgia bulldog fan always was a fan of AJ since his freshman year. He was a problem in the AFC North. Great man on and off the field. Thanks for the content FlemLo
Definitely favorite channel on CZcams. keep killing it brother.
🔥🔥🔥 flem keep grinding brotha
thanks for the vid flemlo. love the content.
AJ was the best thing that could have happened after TO and Ocho left town. As a Bengals fan since age 6 (39 now), AJ is far and away my favorite receiver.
And man, the way he took up with Tee... Pro's pro. Love the way he's a Bengals fan right after retirement. Great video!
13:41 - 13:53
KTO: *[Violently smashing desk and keyboard]*
Great job on recognizing one of the best receivers to play in this decade. As a lifelong Bengals fan I will forever be grateful for AJ always coming up clutch when we needed it. Wishing AJ and family well, and hope soon the Bengals will start bringing back our great ex players to retire as Bengals. Farewell to Giovanni also... Happy retirement we wont forget you both. Great show Flemlo. I am praying that you get the recognition as a great host and one day see you on TV. These shows are very well put together and informative. WHODEY to all my Bengal family and lets get to it again this season! Que the Wayne! 👊🏿
Love the Kam Chancellor plug at the end. Similar backgrounds for guys that dominated in the league and were quiet off field. A.J. was phenomenal, I think he kind of flew under the radar because he was quiet off the field, but he’s the reason I started rooting for the bengals. They’ll always be my 2nd team but they almost never come up here to Seattle so I’m rooting for them most Sundays
He's the reason I became a Georgia fan as a kid. Much love to you AJ 💯
Steelers fan that hated those Bengals years with AJ more than any other team.
Never hated AJ Green though, I've respected him more than any other on a rival team. One of best and hardest to hate players, that is simply put, a great human being.
Loved learning more about him, thank you. Respect.
I loved him growing up being a UGA fan and followed him to see how good he was in Cincinnati and Arizona
Great video. Aj green was one of a kind, created great memories for the city. Kinda sucks Aj doesn’t get to enjoy the current bengals.
Love the Video. As a Bengals Fan AJ will always be one of my Favorite Bengals of all time. Thanks again for all you do to make this content that we all Love. Who Dey
Love your videos man u got one heck of a talent❤
I love the content & may god continue to bless you
Loved watching AJ Green play man I feel like he was underrated during his career and his accomplishments. Great vid Flem
It's amazing he managed to get one last vintage moment before retiring
one of my favorite guys over the last decade for his skill and demeanor. Hope he has a great retirement
Been waiting for this one since the little teaser the other day.
Liked it before I watched, already know this gonna be a good one
I remember him when he played for Summerville high school, SC... he was a man playing against little boys and made jaw dropping catches against my school.
Great job bro as a die hard ravens fan I really like to see Aj do well it’s how he went about the game I feel like he should be celebrated much more thank you for telling his story
Amazing video as always. Yeah AJ was a beast!!! As a person who witnessed his entire career from his freshmen year at Georgia to now, he was AMAZING to watch!!! Never thought about it but the Jimmy Smith career comparison is spot on
Love your videos my guy
Damm "great video" 👍 very well put together!!!!....
Aj Green should never be forgotten he is the Carmelo Anthony of the nfl one the greatest but will always be overshadowed by that one other guy from the same draft
Hope AJ gets to see the hall of fame some day 🔥
I agree. Not only do I hope he makes it, I believe AJ earned his place in the Hall of Fame. Best wishes to AJ in wherever his new life path takes him.
With 7 pro-bowls, it looks likely to me
Hall of Really Good players. Definitely not Hall of Fame.
@@vinnieandhispizza6299 7 pro bowls? That isn’t going to get him in lol, he was great but wasn’t like that
Love your videos man I've basically watched every single one keep up the good work! O and do me a favor and please do a mini doc on devonta smith none of them show his whole life like you do!
Love your stuff, Flem. You should do a "what happened to" on Packers TE Mark Chmura.
Keep us going thru the off-season, man.
Lowcountry Legend! I will always remember his high school highlights during the Friday Night Lights segments on the local news.
Flemlooooooooo!! Cue. The. Wayne! Man, thank you on this one too. I've always love AJ. I like players who let the work speak for themselves. It's cool to sh*t talk but to me, means more when your actions let people know what's up instead. Another banger my man. Much appreciated.
I remember this guy. I was really young and he was one of my favs when Dalton was balling. Sadly I think injuries finished his career but that dude was the real deal back in the 2010's. I didn't even know when he retired, very silent guy. Loved him as a Bengals fan myself (only a true bengals fan knows that corey dillon was a bengal lol)
As a Steelers fan, AJ was a beast. It wasn’t a matter of if but a matter of when he was going to make a play! Definitely miss seeing 18 on the field not doubt
Can’t wait for these about the guys who balled out in the 2010’s, AJ Green, Alshon Jeffrey, DT, heck even the Tyler Lockett video eventually is gonna be fire, I’m here for it 🔥
Another Well done video brotha! AJ was really HIM back then. S/o to AJ helping me win a Fantasy Football championship! A true Professional!!
I feel special lol I asked you to do aj green appreciate it bro 💪🏾 it was on the ederin James video
End of the video is some real added value journalism/storytelling. Also, AJ's mom saying "...No" sounded like Neo in The Matrix stopping all the bullets the first time :D
That opening line with the juggling reference was fantastic.
I’ll never forget the time I got my Bengals team ball signed by him. I was Six maybe seven, pretty young. But I remember my mom taking me to a Bengals press event since she worked at the local news station that sponsored bengals stuff frequently. I feel like a kid watching his games from the nosebleeds every time I see his signature and jersey number next to the B on the ball.
This one is such a triumphant story! I know there are others where the journey isn't as joyful but would still make a good video. Terry Glenn comes to mind! A really good receiver with so much crammed into a short life of only 43 years.
1 of the most underrated wideouts ever top 3 in bengals history imo
I’m a Ravens fan. AJ and Julio were both what you call a generational talent. AJ was the closest Randy Gamebreaker clone I’ve seen when it comes purely to hand-eye coordination. Easily one of the greatest to ever play the position, and I’m delighted I had the chance to watch him. Even though he consistently beat us up.
Flemlo I’m a subscriber too ur channel for a min I love how u tell the story u make me feel like I’m there watching things unfold that’s a damn fine talent if I say soo myself. From my city of Philadelphia I have love& respect for what u do & how u do it. Keep bringing that 🔥 content ur good at it ur better than some ppl on NFL network much more knowledgeable I’ve been a fan of football 🏈 since I was 4 watching with my dad and brothers now I’m a girly girl but was taught the game and played in Highschool most team never kne I was a girl till the game was over my coach idea 😂 I’m 50&FAB now still loving the game, my dad was a Dallas cowgirls fan I’m diehard Eagles 🦅 all the way 46 yrs my dislike for Dallas came when old shaved bird liver spit ass Jerry jones brought the team fired my favorite TOM LANDRY HE FIRED HIM NEVER TOLD HIM TOM FOUND OUT FROM A REPORTER THAT WAS TACKY ASF TOO ME NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL TOM LANDRY WAS SWAG B4 WE KNE WHAT SWAG WAS HIS FIDORA HATS SUIT TRENCH COACH HE WAS THAT GUY JERRY JONES RUINED IT FOR ME TILL THIS DAY I HATE DALLAS.!!!!!!! Tom will always be one of my favorites in the NOT FOR LONG LEAGUE (NFL) but anyway shouts out too you Flemlo keep doing what u do much love and respect 🫡 too u my guy till next video see ya ✌🏾
Watching before the Super Bowl. Another great video
Sucks to see another star I grew up watching retire. It was a pleasure to see him play, I had him in fantasy a few years in a row in the early 2010s so I was always aware of what he was doing, dude was crazy good
My 21yr old brother never really into sports has been a Bengals these last 2 yrs despite all my efforts through his life to make him a Steelers fan @ FlemoRaps big gratz on doing real videos with real takes..I can tell this is what you love and I appreciate that.
As a lifetime Steelers fan I will say that AJ Green always made me nervous. I wish him well.
You're telling us raven's fans, he literally was dubbed the raven's killer by our own fans 😂 he toasted us in the most important moments
Another classic you don't miss
Ajs rookie year was the first year I played fantasy football. I remember getting him super late in the draft because people didn’t take rookie WRs high back then. I won a handful of championships because of AJ and the lack of respect that was put on him since he was so quiet. Dude was an absolute stud in his prime.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣...From a Browns fans...you didn't have to do us like that!!! "The Julio trade graphics" Literally made me laugh out loud...did see that one coming!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
God bless all the strong mother’s who push their children to always fight and go get it.
I was a big fan of AJ Green's game in the 2010's. Ngl he was my favorite receiver during that decade not from my favorite team, the Packers. Glad to hear his story told by you Flemlo. Cool to get your perspective of him as a Bengals fan.
The reason I fell in love with the game and the bengals. Aj will always be my favorite player of all time. Thank you flem for this video!
Was one of my favorite wide receivers. I love watching him play. Very underrated.
16:25 what song is this? It’s real nice.
Great job Femlo! World class as always!!!
AJ Greem Summerville, SC made. Greenwave Pride ‼️
This one got me teary eyed man.
Good choice of background music to
I just watched a video on the Charleston Super Store Fire not 30 minutes ago & that was my first time ever hearing about it. Crazy
I remember watching him play in high school. You just know when someone is special and that was him.
As a Steelers Fan I have a lot of respect for AJ Green. Solid Receiver i was nervous when he was on the field. Enjoy Retirement young 🙏🏾❤
He became a big brother..
.Great story Fam.
Great video
Was in the stands for Georgia v CU when AJ made a crazy catch in the end zone for the w. Will never forget.
Flemlo are you doing the XFL recaps again, I loved those
