Having had several foot surgeries, I prefer the 3-wheel off-road scooter that i bought before the first surgery. Very important is the hand brake that you can use to keep things under control and also to keep it from moving when getting on or off (the brake locks if needed).. That is my one concern about this device (plus its $450 price tag). If it got away from you, I could see falling fairly easily, especially if on an incline. Having another foot surgery this winter, and I am sticking with the scooter (glad i kept it).

Wouldn't that bother a person knee in time whether the person had a healthy knee or not? Wouldn't a person stay on their feet too long with the device - freedom! - and mess up the circulation in their foot since they are suppose to be resting it for a certain amount of time?

It's funny how the girl that modeled it didn't even use it. Twirling around in a circle is not using it! Go from one end of the room to the other! That thing looks dangerous as hell! I stick with my knee scooter

Anyone else see a industrial mop bucket on wheels ? I’d worry about tripping over it with the uninjured leg

notice they don't actually show someone using that...just pictures and idiotically spinning in circles. How about showing how you have to hop with one foot while that roller thing takes off in the other direction
