What a beautiful home. It is way too much for me but there are aspects of it that I'd included in a home. That garage is my dream garage.

Looks like the main thing missing is solar and battery packs. There's a company that makes metal roofs with embedded pv cells. That could have been done in your metal roof sections. Then instead of that gas generator, you have battery packs instead. With that combo, you could even go mostly off grid for your electrical needs depending on the number of batteries installed.

Things are going good, depends on what state you build in for permit time etc. I can not give you an exact time without more details call if your building in the next 2 years for sure

I really love the design of this house. This design is what i love have built for me and my family but designed to what i would want and not exactly like this. Right now i am looking for a piece of land here in south GA. Does your company build out here in GA or do you guys only build in select states?

Could you please tell me what type of timber is above the kitchen and what colour finish u used and what is the island bench cupboard doors made from and what is the colour. I love the design very much. Do you build houses in California?
Although we have built homes in California, we have come to find that too many projects were interrupted by tedious red tape from both a local and state level. This has resulted in such long delays that we have found projects never broke ground - even though we did all of the engineering and materials selections. With that in mind, we have decided that it's not in our best interest to work on California projects when we have other families on our waiting list.
Can you please post the floor plan (drawn layout) on the website for this house?
On the *Plans/Pricing* tab via website, the closest plan you have to this house is the "Wyoming Mansion 10503AL - Lofted" ...but not this house specifically. Thanks for the video, by the way!
It is a custom floor plan and the customer wishes to keep it private, but give us a call and we can talk sometime

I love the house but I question why the owner went with a combination tile and metal roof. Here in Alberta I think most would prefer just having a full metal roof due to snow concerns. Was this decision made due to cost? thank you
It was done for the aesthetic. Cost wasnât a factor in that decision.

Why not show more affordable cabin? These are out of reach for most people.
Because We specialize in homes from $700,000 to $10,000,000 completely built.
Again, this is another of those homes that look great on the outside and then lose the plot inside. This seems to be setup not to actually live in, but just to visit for a few months or rent out, especially to large groups.
