Miguel, I am wondering if you'd ever consider doing a video aimed at the partners or family members of the CFS sufferer? I often wish there was a relatively short, simple video I could show my husband that would explain how recovery from CFS works and how he can support me as I recover. I have tried explaining to him about a hypersensitive nervous system but I don't think he understands what that really means.

ADDICTED TO THINKING!!! This is so me! Always trying to fix everything. My previous job was a wholesale banking operations analyst for 15 years where i would find problems, fix problems and then report it. I crashed in 2020 while going through stress and fear of the virus, family trauma, job stress, etc. when I had to quit work and then the analytical thinking went to my health.

I have recently just accepted the fact that I have CFS and Fibromyalgia after years of skirting around those words. It was a big thing to accept okay. Yeah there is a reason you are so exhausted and have so much pain. It’s not all in my head, it’s not all my fault, I am not just lazy. My doctor helped me with this and I think it was a little hard for him to come to that conclusion too. He has read more and explained that they are finding more biological reasons for these conditions and possibly will have blood tests in the future that can support the diagnosis.
For me accepting this is huge and took so much guilt off my shoulders. I can listen to my body and stop expecting so much of myself. I feel better already knowing I can work with my body and make better healthy decisions.
Listening to you too talk makes me think OMG it is all in my head and all my fault. And that makes me sad.

This is a great interview! Great ideas discussed that you often don't hear. You had me cracking up when you were talking about checking your HR and it increasing every time you checked it 😂I had the same experience plus they had me on a heart monitor for a few weeks. I do feel that the name Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is not truly accurate as to what is the full spectrum of what is really going on and may cause some people who really need this information to pass it by.
I think HPA Axis dysfunction is the broader picture though few people have heard of that. . The chronic fatigue comes after the initial super elevated HPA Axis dysfunction that then crashes into extreme Chronic Fatigue/Adrenal Fatigue. I had toxic mold exposure along with very high emotonal/ physiological stressors for a 7+ year period that led me to an almost fatal health crash. In the beginning the cortisol and adrenaline surges were so great I didn't sleep hardly at all for over 1 year. Heart rate pounded so fast and so hard you could see it pulsing in all of the swollen visable veins all over my body. Sounded like pounding native drums 24/7 in my body for years. I started sleeping outside for about 6 months and it helped calm it. I now know that that is because the increased oxygen and nature sounds stimulated my parasympathetic nervous system. That's a key...to actively stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system in multiple ways. High cortisol/adrenaline depletes minerals and vitamins. I worked up to high dose Magnesium Glycinate for a period and taking trace minerals helped alleviate many of the on fire sympathetic nervous system symptoms like tinnitus, pins and needles, feeling like I was being electocuted, high BP and HR, etc., etc. Ugh it was horrible but praise God He healed me and He can heal you too.!! We are mind, body, soul and spirit so I feel we can't ignore the spirit and ever fully heal. Whoever is reading this .. I pray for your complete recovery.😊

Quick question have you seen or heard anybody with random body tightness all over, and it comes on randomly, doctors say I have no health issues. My body is just pulsing and you can see visible pulses in my neck and palpitations throughout my body, it’s hard to sleep, and I feel like calm but my body isn’t, I just don’t know what to do
Man, some words would so much to me right now.

I am very sorry to hear of your suffering. Don't loose hope you can get well! I had my pulse beating so hard and so fast 24/7 for over a year that you could see it throbbing in all of the swollen visible veins all over me. I didn't sleep hardly for over a year. I had many high stressors in my life for years, one being toxic mold. What helped me...first and foremost God. I had people pray for me and accepted and believed God healed me May 9, 2020. My recovery took years where God led me to different areas of healing. Got out of the moldy house and detoxed using glutathione and activated charcoal. Started taking magnesium glycinate and trace minerals for the different nerve issues that you're talking about, and others. Valerian root also helped with the heart stuff and the extreme weird anxiety. Changed diet and implemented Parasympathetic training. And now I'm learning the brain rewiring to finish the healing process. I pray that you have a complete recovery very soon.

Hi question about after recovery, would you say that it is possible for most people who recovered to participate in very strenuous efforts? Like for example doing a 16 day hike in the himalaya's or something alike. Of course with a lot (probably year(s) of training beforehand). I am on the right track, but this is kinda my dream so yeah haha. Would like to know your perspective. Thanks

I've just been looking at your program and how much it costs. It's 500USD per month. I get that. What I don't understand is how many months you pay 500USD. Is it for 12 months because your recieve 12 months of support? Or can you opt out of the programme after 6 months and stop paying the money? I wish the pricing was clearer and more transparent. Its a lot of money for many of us so it's important to know what the total financial investment is upfront.
