You can rent our house with the added benefits of us assisting you and helping you learn what's it is like living in the provinces of the Philippines plus for you guys that are looking for a good filipin woman we can help you meet and have connection. And everything can be taking care of for you from laundry to cooking to cleaning and secure transportation around the Island. How much to rent?
We don't really have a set price it's more on the honor system of what you think your experience here was worth. It's only available for rent for no longer than a month. Rosemaries and my goal is to have you guys have place to stay while your checking out if the province life in the Philippines is something you like and desire. While being surrounded with family and friends here in the Philippines to help you out. We understand its a little scary to come to the Philippines for the first time and not know anyone here. So you guys won't have to worry about that you'll be in good hands here on your new adventure in life.

We are so blessed we have found each other, we don't have a lot of money but we have enough to live and be able to help a little. I hope all that are living with a hard life today will find their escape to a better situation.
I find it amazing how Filipino people care for their family, Here in the mountain almost all Rose's family doesn't allow me to do stuff, they always tell me,, Let me do it Kuya Randy.. As you all know I onlly have less than a thousand dollar pension, but house is being paid for. So things became so easy with our lifestyle.

Hey guys, I was laughing at this video. I'll have to talk to Hazel and show her the video. When we first saw your channel and rose mentioned about the neighbor who owns the property, Hazel mentioned about maybe buying a lot and building a house. She just want to retire and garden everyday just like Rose. We are going to be booking our tickets in the next couple months. We will probably be coming in Feb or March. If we end up coming we would definitely want to pay something. Me and Randy can sit on the balcony drinking beer watch Rose and Hazel in the garden. Lol

The table has so much character. It’s a family heir loom. If it could talk it would have many family stories to tell. I hope it is around for more generations to come. 😊
Yes you are definitely right, And that will be a very interesting stories in the past, where all family members comes to eat at the table together, no one must be absent or else there will be no food for him/her. We don't do that anymore in this generations, we are separated from what it was used to be.. Which is sad.

very nice house tour. The termite resistant wood of the kitchen table could be Tugas or Mahogany, but the dark color or stain may be hiding the woods natural color. I also admire the design of the kitchen cabinets. Amping (*_*)

My favorite channels are your channel and American Filipina Destiny because all of you are wonderful people and just regular folks. Your house is a great place for people to stay when they visit. How nice of you to share with them. I am too old to travel there now but I once lived in the Philippines when I was a teenage girl. Im really hoping to get retired in the next few years and love to come there but I really love the beach. Hopefully not too far drive from the beach.
Our Island has lots of beautiful beaches, with 4 small islands to visit for a island hopping, we will be doing that very soon.

Wow, that’s not small at all. If I was looking for something to stay longer, that’s even one bedroom too much. But the dirty kitchen is just perfect while there’s already a full size kitchen available. And the cr is just luxurious. And enough place to stargaze with a nice 360 view 😮
I really thought where you guys would stay until I saw on the roofdeck you really have another place. It’s really perfect to get a feel of the province life. I would even put on my boots to clean the piggery before roaming around the island 😅 Simply beautiful 😊

I got a tentative offer on my home this week.
I have travel plans for a year then my plan is to find a permanent place.
I’m a beach kid at heart, ( grew up in SanDiego California ) a 15 minute bike ride to the beach to surf before school. But I’m kinda thinking more about mountain retirement.

I love the bathroom tile and I think its ok the toilet in the shower. It is not like that in USA I see there is a bar for me to help get up. LOL. And can roll into shower while I am in my transit chair. I just need small help how much to pay someone to help a woman in the Phil? Like to clean my home once a month and help shower or wash hair in sink weekly and do pedicure and take to market for fruits and veggies. I dont eat meat. Your house is beautiful. I would be too much trouble to stay in big house. But it is so beautiful the tiles look like stained glass. I have no reason to stay in USA anymore so I thought of Thailand and Phil. My $3000 just dont go far enough here in USA after rent and electric and water etc. I do not have enough money to pay for good help. My fam does not help me. So nice to daydream about a new life to see me to the pearly gates.

I am old woman thinking about coming to Phil so that my check will go much further. I can get a caregiver and go to the beach and someone go shopping for me and I can live the rest of my life there.I think I need a small apartment in the city. I want to get a cat. Its a beautiful home. How far from beach? I will have a car I can buy a car for someone to help me get around to apts if needed.
we have less than a thousand dollar pension, and yes it goes further here in the mountain but also because we don't have to pay high rent. Yes there are apartment for rent in the city and you get a helper to do stuff for you. or to get you around. We have one cat now and 2 dogs. Its a beautiful life we live in. And we are grateful for that.
