  • IP is about erecting barriers to entry, a moat around your business as Warren Buffet calls it. Thinking about the design assets strategically before you create them means you should consider how IP impacts what you create. It is a good idea to use IP strategically before you choose a name and decide which brand assets to create so you make choices that will more readily enable you to stand out and be uniquely recognised. That means prioritising emphasis on assets that can be legally protected as these can more readily be associated with your brand name over time.

    Excellent information shared here. Love learning about DBAs. Only critical feedback I would mention is to add some varation to your footage. Using a wide angle would have been nice to cut in and out of because having the same shot all the way through often leads to losing concentration on the topic being spoken about.
    Some shots of you were moving around whilst talking would be nice or you could use more b-roll over the top of the footage as you speak about the subject matter.
