    His shows are completely freestyled. He walks in and raps about the audience, then takes any words submitted through the QR codes randomly. The backdrop on stage displays the words and names of each submission while he throws verses, and at the end of the show he takes a suggestion for a story and makes a song about it, for example "The life and death of a battery." This is a hypothetical example, but he would kill that, and the shows are absolutely worth attending.

And beyond the “wow” it was just so inspirational to see potential fully realized like that by a man that seems to still have such a humble and caring attitude. He invited three people on at the end and he freestyled about their stories they told on the spot. Truly special. It made me want to attack my personal craft even more than I already do.

  • @pnshr88
    @pnshr88 Před 2 lety +24

    MadChild nailed it perfectly, rappers/ghost writers after months of developing schemes and rhymes and flows for a record release aren't even that good. Alot of people don't actually recognize H Mack's talents in just the simple form. In other words his cadence speed and stlye are just added bonuses. The amazing yet basic components of what this man does is his ability to take 3 words and off the dome not only rap about them but story build not only on that word but also returning to the previous ones. And if that wasnt enough, he causally drops on things he notices in the audience. And he does this without ever stalling or having a brain fart, at least in the 15 yrs I've been watching.
    Now for people that don't know what all the woof is about, try and take 3 words and tell a quick story about each. Now stay on topic while thinking about the next word to come. Even without any pressure or having to do it live. Yeah, it's probably not happening. Most of our minds don't work like that. Just saying. Alienish Lmao big ups to The Mack 👆👆👆🤜👈

    I love when Harry Mack creates a hook immediately and comes back to it after each verse perfectly repeated like 3-4 times through ... Also, a lot of free-style rappers I usually see don't hit a word and then keep hitting that word for 5-7 times and then go to the next word. They go a lot quicker and hope word to word much faster not picking it apart. Harry Mack's brain and memory is absolutely insane. He does have some lines you do hear a lot when he gets certain words, but what do you expect with all the words in the world lol - In one of the Omegle Bars he has like EIGHT words... dude is a genius and has a remarkable brain. Every Wednesday on YT he raps for a really long time of people just sending him words through donations and stuff... He has free-styled for like hour upon hours as a goal for reaching so many subs on YT. It's crazy

      And his only real exposure is just the one video. Even Black Pegasus took a few videos to fully appreciate HMack, six months ago he was like "Eh, he's good, but I've seen better." and now he's doing more regular reactions to HMack, and you can see it on his face with every video. Just one video doesn't quite cut it, but after several you start to realize that he's able to do this at will, and that he has an expansive amount of knowledge on a lot of topics, where he can on the fly break a word down into a topic and expand on it far beyond just the word he was given. The flow/cadence switches, the ability to do doubles and triples.. even at times creating a hook which he'll remember and go back to it, making it a complete song. His brain really is next level. The average person isn't even as elegant and expansive in their every day speech as he is with his freestyles. It's hard to digest. And can we take a minute to appreciate the sheer amount of positivity he brings no matter whether it's omegle bars or being out at the beach freestyling? His positivity is the icing on the cake.

      Nothing better than to see people just loving the game and not caring about how much money they make or how famous they get. My favorite guitarist that I know IRL does free shows for children's camps and shit all the time and makes all of his money as a painter. I guarantee you don't know his name, but he has the talent of Warren Haynes yet only performs for free. There's something really special about people who just ignore the greedier parts of their personality. They seem trustworthy and like someone you can look up to like a father figure in a way.

    Used to party in a club called city limits in a little town called Abbotsford, Vancouver BC area. Swollen members performed there often. Madchild doesn't want to think about the past, the NOW is what matters but god damn, those days (90s/2000s) were prime party times. I'm a metal head, with very specific tastes in hip hop. Been following madchild's solo career for some time now too, and the dude is one of the best. The battle with Daylyt on KOTD was fuckin hilarious, and skilled on both sides. Especially madchild being out of his element, he killed it against one of the better battlers of all time.
    The progression of videos on this reaction video was perfect. The first really wasn't Macks best, the 2nd video was dope, the 3rd was crazy. And you could see the reactions proving that. Mack kills it every time, never really stumbles but easily recovers if there is a bit of a slip, he's natural skill with lots of practice.
    His appearance on Marc Rebillet's youtube show was awesome, very chill even though Rebillet is a madman!
