Definitely more healthy and cheaper than most food served in South Australia. A slice of fried fish fillet from a fish and chip shop is $5 aud! You got a good deal there.

The buffet style is the best way to eat in China IMO...
The best prices and always nice to see what you are selecting.
A full meal for 20 kuai or less
The eggplant in China is fantastic - I always choose it as well

Except for the organs, I wish I can have food like that for less than $2. I'd eat 5 times a day and probably get really fat and happy.

I love Chinese foods probably they make the best tasting foods in all of Asia. But its just my opinion though. I don't like Japanese or korean foods.

Chinese food have many dishes and styles of cooking depending on region. Korean and japanese dish is more or less universal for the whole country.

I couldn’t stomach half of that food. That being said, it’s likely extremely good for your body.

Would you prefer bleach and preservatives in your food? Go to American restaurant instead.
