- This is a 2-Way, Characterized Control Valve. The ARB24-SR is a modulating control valve and comes with a stainless Steel Ball and Stem. This valve is typically used in air handling units on heating or cooling coils, and fan coil unit heating or cooling coils. Some other common applications include Unit Ventilators, VAV box re-heat coils and bypass loops. This valve is suitable for use in a hydronic system with variable flow.

Power Supply: 24 VAC ± 20%, 50/60 Hz, 24 VDC ± 10%
Power Consumption Running: 2.5 W
Power Consumption Holding: 0.4 W
Transformer Sizing: 5 VA (class 2 power source)
Electrical Connection: 3ft [1m], 18 GA plenum cable with 1/2” conduit connector
Overload Protection: electronic thoughout 0° to 90° rotation
Operating Range Y: 2 to 10 VDC, 4 to 20 mA w/ ZG-R01 (500 ?, 1/4 W resistor)
Input Impedance: 100 k ? for 2 to 10 VDC (0.1 mA), 500 ? for 4 to 20 mA
Feedback Output U: 2 to 10 VDC

Very difficult change over.
Get yourself 2 union male adapters on the next one and fit the other one on the other side of the strainer. You can prep the whole thing and which it might make it easier to install.

Can you please help to solve this issue.. when i apply 10VDC (max control vdc) the actuator 50% only opens… it’s doesn’t go to 100% .. even i did the self adoption function..how to make this into 100%: Model is SVK24-MFT-50

Why did the whole valve body need to be replaced? I've never had a seized valve just bad actuators.
Sometimes, you can have bad vavle that later on caused the actuator to go bad too.
