I heard this song all my life ad didn’t even realize a Partridge was even a bird lol.
😮 Most of the things in that song are birds
@@raynemichelle2996 I've seen theories that postulate that the five gold rings may have referred to ring-necked pheasants.
You aren't alone😂

I have a partridge. He's so cute, I want to know more facts about them but there's not much information shared about them.
They don't typically feature in nature documentaries but they're awesome birds!
Thank you for that, I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED ABOUT THAT
@ 02:17..... I Like the way he said " Am not even gonna say it this time, guys, am just not doing it" 🤣🤣
2:15 These particular partridges are found in the middle eastern countries, Iraq , Turkey, Iran etc ...
Michigan has them to I found one and took a picture
I live in Michigan and I found one today

The real partridge family.
They kind of remind me of the bobwhites we have in my area.
I don't remember hearing the word "inclusive" in relation to the values of "the holidays" yet. Kind, charitable, generous, sure. Inclusive, not sure what exactly that's intended to mean, as each person who uses that word seems to either mean something different from the others, or actually doesn't know exactly what they mean other than that they believe it makes them look good to say it.
Cute and awesome I love love Them❤❤❤❤❤❤
No one told me doves and quails had a hybrid.
They're the missing link!!!
Great video!
Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed it!

It was also originally 3 colly or black birds. “colly,” which is derived from the Old English word for coal, predates “calling” by more than a century. No one in America knew what the heck colly meant and started say calling, so the black birds were charged to calling birds
Wait chukars are partridges?
💭
One of my co-workers is prejudiced against pear trees. Does anybody have guidance on how we can help her break down her preconceived notions about pear trees? I seriously need some assistance here....
