I Missed the Grid! 2024 NASA Hyperfest Race 4

I heard the announcer call for Thunder Racers to the grid, so I hopped in my car to drive over there. There are typically three announcements before the race, so I assume I have plenty of time. As I'm doing that, I see the cars all heading out for their formation lap!!! I must have missed the previous announcements. I had no idea what to do at that point other than try to get out on track as fast as possible and catch up!
