Unpopular opinion:I don't find claptrap all that annoying. The only times he was annoying was all the claptraps in borderlands 1 where they only had 3 lines. But the ones in the dlc were pretty good

Endtale Sans same, I wanted to figure out a way to help claptrap up the stairs and have him reach the vault of trees warrior. I also wished that just knocking the metal plate out of the way to get the secret stash was an optional objective that ended the mission and you could instead actually do the objectives that he had to get a legendary reward

A lot of the stuff about Claptrap being the last one left gets really sad after having played the Claptastic Voyage.

I find Claptrap kind of endearing as a character. You can tell that he tries to be optimistic and helpful despite his incredibly self destructive and negative self esteem.

Vhosythe I have played borderlands games for years and I have learned to wait a couple seconds to see if there is any special or funny dialogue. Claptrap has a lot.
My first playthrough of the DLC, I took the rune, just as Claptrap started talking and cut him off, which honestly made it more funny to me.
Is it just me or is claptrap relatable something, also the zooming killed me

Voice of Claptrap was worried the character would be hated so much cause of how annoying he seemed during recording, so when he found out Claptrap became one of the most popular characters of borderlands he was surprised and overjoyed.
