I am curious about one thing that you mentioned in your recent LinkedIn post regarding requesting HR to allow you to take interviews: I wanted to know why were you interested in the same? As in, what was your motivation behind it? Were there any particular skills you were hoping to build?

Hello sir, I have a question about the personal experiences interview, as you said normally there’s 2-3 rounds which included 2 interviews per round giving a total of 6-8 interviews, clearing the first round I understand by asking former colleagues and managers about the instances where you performed exceptionally but let’s say you proceed to the next round, then what would your personal experiences answer be if you’ve used all the answers in the first interview itself

What does it mean when HR says that there will be an additional round of interview even after you're done with all the mandatory rounds before (4 rounds) ?

Instead of just being theoretical, I would hve appreciated if you were accurate with taking some examples on wht you answered and how you ask specific questions when you interview ppl. The intention here is not about collecting these questions expecting them again but to give mindset of how thought provoking process should be aligned to make intuitive thinking more better

I gave online assessment interview at McKinsey. It assesses your organizational behaviour and diplomatic skills. Communication and Confidence is Key.
