I think you should do a video of the smaller towns in Georgia. Youd be very surprised at the affordability, hospitality, restaurants and entertainment in them. If they don't have everything you need its a short drive to most bigger towns, but youll find the people in the smaĺer towns so much more accommodating, polite, willing to go out of their way to make sure you get help if you need it. Monroe is one of those placesthat just lands right in your heart for the sweetness of most of the population. Just sayin, btw housing prices should much cheaper too. 11:06 11:06

Georgia born & raised. I have lived all over GA & all over USA.
Valdosta was a great place to live when I was college & I’ve enjoyed recent visits, so I assume it still is a great place to live.
Athens is ok. Sometimes I haven’t enjoyed my visits, because its Atalanta lite. But it always has special events happening & definitely has charm.
Cordele & Americus get mixed emotions from me because I love them but it’s very limited in opportunity unless you’re bringing your own small business to town, then it could be be a gold mine depending on what you offer the community.
Columbus is much nicer than it was in the 90’s & early 00’s but I wouldn’t choose to live there.
Macon, Warner Robins & Perry are essentially all the same place. I enjoy the people & the food but I wouldn’t live there a 2nd time.
Savannah is amazing If I were still young I’d live downtown but now I would live in the suburbs & just drive in to town for entertainment.
Augusta gets no love or hate from me. I understand why some would like it but it’s boring to me.

Interesting list you have put together .. I’ve lived in Ga off and on for over 20 years .. for starters you have the greater ATLANTA area and then you have the rest of GA .. I would think twice about moving to anywhere outside of the greater ATLANTA other than Augusta ( GREAT for retirees the masters and MCOG) and Athens ( UGA) .. the rest are nice like Savanah if you are visiting or in the military ( Columbus and Warner Robins) .. GA is still the Deep South

Your information is way off. Augusta’s population is 206,153, as of 2022, within its city limits and almost 700,000 in its metro area, making it the second largest metro in the state. If you’re going to do informative videos please make sure your facts are correct.
