Using the Volvo EC290C excavator, too rescur the stuck Volvo A30 dumper, that i got stuck, with a load of rocks, on the small dump :) I did the whole thing by my self, because nobody down the hole, wanted too come and give me a hand, in a gravel pit in Denmark

I have been in this situation with a Volvo 25 haul truck. I understand it's difficult to get it unstuck by yourself but a little curious why he didn't empty the box first, move to the front of the truck and reach into the box and pull the truck forward a bit at a time. Perhaps the truck had a liner I couldn't see but that tactic worked for me. Not saying there is anything wrong about the way he did it, just seems it could have got out a bit quicker with less prep time.
That kind of stuff happens when no one is around to help. Watching the video I wanted to help him out, but the guy found a way. It takes hard work and persistence. Kudos man.

Когда только начинали стройку, то двигались исключительно по колхозным, заболоченным полям, такие сцены были каждый день. То кабина зароется - телега на ровной земле, то наоборот. Первое с чего нужно было начинать это разгрузить думпер. Затем экскаватор встает сбоку (в данном случае слева по ходу движения) и отжимает борт на себя, приподнимая из ямы противоположную сторону. Думпер в этот момент начинает движение и вылезает из ямы.
Копать под колесами, которые стоят на твердой поверхности - это бред. Вы просто посадите телегу уже на две стороны, что сделает выезд еще сложнее.
Красивая работа!Муж на такой же технике ездит.Была с ним;когда находишся рядом завораживает.На такой технике могут работать только Настоящие Мужчины!
amazing, there are SO MANY dumper drivers ready to offer the guy advice, but since he was on his own, how can he get a push from the "OTHER" driver, seems , before slating him we should learn to read, and digest the fact "HE WAS ON HIS OWN"
People read the description, there was only one operator on scene getting this truck out. That's why the excavator wasn't pushing or the didn't just have a dozer pull it out. The man was on his own, jumping from one machine to the other. Some people can't read a description two sentences long before they chime in on how easy this should have been. Last time I checked one man can't run two machines at the same time.
Frustrating isn't it...being surrounded by so many "bright folks".
I tend to read the comments (as frustrating as it is) looking for the odd smart one like yours. You tube does bring out the worst in people.
To add to your point, there is also 2 videos showing only one guy.... Some folks can read and can barely see!

I often stop to watch this. It is a helluva accomplishment for one man. Naturally I would have done it differently, having never ever even sat in either machine (like a bunch of armchair operators)! :) Truly is very impressive and I wonder how long it really took, certainly a hell of a lot longer than 13 and half minutes. Funny how one holds their breath and tenses up when that huge thing begins moving!

Hard to run 2 machines at the same time. I've been were you are in being stuck with nobody else around. It does get interesting. Sorry the bottom fell out on you but you made a good save! And that's a typical crusher crew response. And people can't read the blasted description.

the frame is sitting over the ground, you need hard stuff to replace the ditch you made, the equipment is sitting over a lake, more you move more you go down! Good job, i new you would make!

Good Job, I would empty the truck before anything also instead make holes and lower the tires and clearance even more. But at the end you Made and save the day.
Зачем при продаже техники пишут "без пробега по РФ" ? Только лишь для успокоения души))) 15 минут мурыжил этого думпера, для чего обкопал и посадил его на днище, чтобы в результате разгрузить и дать выкарапкиваться самому))) У меня китайцы груженые вылетают только так

@@mikenobbe1135 The truck was high centered and after the load was removed he could have just pushed the truck bed from behind the front wall and walked him out. Bad operator thinking skills.

For you who hate, go somewhere else, he's the one driving both machines that's why he cant push the dumper with the excavator.
excavator behind the Volvo tip the load put the bucket in the bin to stop it from tiping over and push it out from the bottom of the bin ,,, like any normal person would do ha ha

Volvo adt's derate the engine with the door open, or if the seat belt isn't used.
So he only had 50% power, read the operators manual.

After the operator dug out most of the load, I repair this type of equipment at a local landfill. We have ruts so deep the differentials drag on the ground, because the operators don't offset their tracks. I also operate these trucks so I know what they can and can't do. When it comes to ADT's Volvo's are the shit hands down. While we do get some stuck now and then it usually isn't a problem, I would say looking at where the truck was the operator was probably lucky to not have rolled the body over. Another point on my end is we haul dirt for cover, if a truck does get stuck you can usually put the bucket of the hoe in the dirt and give a little push to get them out, with the stone they were hauling that wouldn't be an option. After 10 years of working on and operating these trucks I can say you really have to try to get them stuck, provided you don't have slick rubber. They will go through most anything, might not be fast but it will come out the other end. Another point about the computer system is the governor is on engine speed so if it is cut back that is a big deal. Ours are wide open, if you have a long enough road that is fairly smooth they will run 62 MPH @ w.o.t. Now if this unit is cut back that is one thing, then you take away half and that's all you get with the door open or seat belt not connected.

They are hard to get stuck. But, if you ever do down you one of em then you've got yourself something. But for $750.000.00 dollars they art to go threw anything.

Excellent footage thanks. I don't feel so bad about getting my 4x4 stuck a few times in the snow, knowing that a 6x6 can get stuck as well. It was the same problem by the way, dug in up to the axles, the weight comes off the wheels and there is no drive...

Operador fraquinho e só tirar um pouco do lado igual ele tirou posiciona a concha dentro segura pra não tombar e no mesmo tempo ajuda o caminhão.

i use to operate a .. volvo 860 bm .. it was all wheel drive .. and they are darn hard to get stuck .. and .. i was always pulling other people out .. even a d7 cat .. i could go anywhere i wanted .. with that volvo ..

You did pretty good for someone alone, with two people you should have been behind the truck, close your bucket cylinder and push the back of the truck, but since you were alone you did good :)

I dropped a track when working in my dam once with my excavator. I couldn't drive it out because of insufficient traction, so I got my tractor and chain onto it, and a rope to the excavator control for the good track and while pulling with the tractor pulled on the rope to activate the excavator drive and managed to get it out where I could refit the lost track. Where there's a will there's a way!

Not at all. I run a business and we use machines like this but not in such scale. Size doesnt matter when the principals are tge same. Also watching experienced men in similar situations with identical or similar equipment who have had positive results gives me the ability to question why they wouldn't follow suit. This is assuming the men in this video are experienced equipment operators but judging by the situation they were in, the lack of intelligence used in the recovery of this equipment and the fact more care was taken into proper placement of cameras rather then proper placement of equipment one would think this was either deliberate and for views ooooooor they are just complete morons... Just my two cents

some places get really funny about pushing dumpers by the body as its all pressure on the skip pins. its easy to criticise but everyone does it different. the 30 was sat on its belly and leaning so he straightened it up, unloaded it and the used the paddling technique to walk the dumper out. job done...
maybe if he had another driver with him he woulda done it different but who cares ! machine is out and back to work with no damage... all in a days work

I work with Heavy equip also, & I feel as long as you get the equipment out Without killing it, No matter how you go about it, Its a good job. Yes I would have done it differently. But that doesn't matter, What matters Is you get the equipment back to work without hurting the equipment or yourself. I say they did a good job. Also I like that when listening to Excavator, the operator didn't have the pins slamming. Also I can tell he doesn't have a lot of operating time in the off road dumpers.
