      Nothing octopus related, but we do have an online animation course which shows a variety of animation techniques which you could implement towards it :)

    where you use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom the circle in on the stem of the leaf - how do I do this on a laptop?? EDIT: found out - if ur on Mac, u can adjust the radius by pressing fn and the up/down keys together

    Thanks for the tutorial, but my leaf shrinkwarp got only one.. Can anyone help me solve this?

      If you did the same thing as me - you might need to group your leaf objects to make sure you're applying the animations to all of them rather than just the one. (I strayed a tiny bit from the video causing this issue).

    is their a version for 2.79??

    • @3DTudor
      @3DTudor  Před 3 lety

      To be honest, it unfortunately wouldn't be commercially viable to do it in 2.79. Sorry about that :/

    Hi! Thanks for the video. Was wondering, can the animation be imported from Blender into a gaming engine like CryEngine? I'd like to grow plants in my game! Thanks!

    • @3DTudor
      @3DTudor  Před 4 lety +1

      To be honest it's best for any games engine using a rig or doing the animation in the engine. This is because you can then have animation cycles. Sometimes I have had difficulty with shape keys export. Hope this helps. Kind regards Neil, 3D Tudor.
