On that budget oriented side I really like De Zerbi and Motta. But I think the better options for the more proven Managers are either Naglesmann or Tuchel; they’ve proven that they are good at working with what they have and and a tighter budget and also proven that they can do it in the big clubs. Flick had absolutely everything he needed at Bayern, and while he deserves credit for putting the players in the right system at the time, he would probably not succeed with a smaller budget (Bayern is literally the only club he’s ever managed)

    Me personally im
    1. Flick: for everything you said. Our players have lacked so much mentality its absurd. We need that again. We might even be able to build the team around Gavi and de jong in thay double pivot.
    2. Nagelsmann: This guy creates some of the most flexible teams in the world and I think our more technical players would thrive in his system, especially pedri. People forget how maleable pedri is when he is in form, winger, 10, midfielder, whatever. Tactically my favorite choice.
    3. Imagnol: La liga tried and tested this guys team is what Xavi wanted to do. False wingers, double pivots all of that technical stuff. I agree that he isnt a massive name, but i also think he might be able to attract some sociedad talents and truly make the dream barca team a reality.
4: michel: guy brings out the best from his players, and molds his tactics around them. Like him a lot but its hard to say whether he is ready for a job like barca.
Pimienta: ultimate backup and is really practical. Shouldve never been fired by Laporta. This guy is great at huilding up youth and has used a very barca style to keep his team in the upper yable after just being promoted. This guy is greay for yamal, gavi, balde etc. just wouldnt expect to compete everywhere with him.
As for Tuchel ive never been too much of a fan of his teams. Im mexican and would love to say that marquez is the future Pep but he really isnt, and is only there because hes friends with deco. We shouldve kept pimienta as b team manager.

I agree with you on the fact that there shouldn't be any "experimental" coaches taking over Barca. We need someone who knows what it means to win at the highest level and to deal with the constant pressure to win. That's why, as you said, Flick, Nagelsmann and Tuchel are the best options. Each of them, though, has their own pros and cons. I think that currently Nagelsmann may be the best option among them as Tuchel is way too agitated as a person. He's known for having a difficult personality in Germany which could be detrimental to the development of our young players and could maybe cause internal rifts with the board or other internal staff. Flick, on the other hand, does have that level-headed personality that we might need but his problem seems to be that he kinda gets indecisive about his starting XI. For his last job as Germany coach he was known for notoriously trying out too many different formations, especially in defense, which led to a lack of chemistry in defense. That's the absolute last thing we'd need in our current state with our defense in shambles. We can all agree, however, than any of these three coaches would be an interesting sight to behold and a breath of fresh air on the Barca coaching bench.

Kinda on the fence about Michel and De Zerbi but the way Girona plays is phenomenal and De Zerbi seems to have the personality to become a top manager. My top pick of the six would be Flick cause of what he did in that lockdown season + the fact that he never seems satisfied no matter how much his team leads. I personally think most managers would have flopped as he did with Germany given the aura around the team for the past few years. Thats just not gonna happen. Since 2000 Barca had 10 managers. Only 3 of them were not ex barca players or at least ex barca members like in villanovas case. So the direction is pretty clear. My favs would be Mancini, Gallardo and Arteta. More likely r Michel, Alguacil and Garcia Pimienta. The most likely of those 3 is Garcia Pimienta. He has the same agenda as Michel but the difference is his Barca past when he was coach of Barca b. I think I can speak for all my German speaking fellas, when I say that Hansi Flick has turned out to be a little overrated as a coach judging on his German national team performances, which have not been great at all. The tactics he had didn’t seem really thought through and he lacked consistency in the 4 back line, like I think he had like 18 different back lines in twenty some games. Again, this could also be due to the German media, which likes to criticize pretty much every breath you take lmao, maybe that’s what stressed him. People here also say that his perfect year at Bayern was kind of luck with all the corona going on. But even if Spanish media is not chill at all either, I think it’s still much different than the German media because of different cultures and attitudes alone. Maybe my view on him is skeptical because the German media has made him look really bad lately. But he might perform much better as a coach than we currently know him for here in Germany, I also don’t wanna doubt him too much already.

The problem with German managers is the language barrier… Flick must learn Spanish to really succeed in Barca

Not a time Traveller, but if my club Barca qualify for the R16 next season 24/25, we'll win it. Mark my words and this comment too.😆

Nah Michi I gotta disagree. What Flick did with the German National Team was horrible. Everyone in Germany hated him after the World Cup and prayed that he would get fired.
I'd rather bring back Luis Enrique rather than have the same situation Real had in 2019 with Lopetegui.

Hansi flick would be the worst choice.. did everyone forget how he made the best germany team into the worst one in recent history
He will relegate this team or play conference league
