  • I visited Copenhagen back in May and it was one of the best weekend trips I have ever done. Copenhagen is a vibrant city with so much to do and see, and it really surprised me in the best way. I hope this video helps you plan your trip!

I enjoyed your video and noticed that you were visiting all the tourist traps. when you come back, give yourself more time and enjoy the other side of Copenhagen that is way more interesting and original to experience than the boring and to be honest extremely expensive parts.

Yes this was my first time in Copenhagen hence why I visited all the touristy places. Next time I would love to check out more 😊

@@nospaceinmypassport I think you made some good choices in the timespan you had and you seemed to have a good time. Rosenborg Castle, and a canal tour are experiences I personally have on my recommendation list if any ask. Glyptoteket are a great "bad weather" option. And I completely agree about their garden, a little unique spot of heaven.
Should you come back for a longer stay and want some day trip suggestions, while still being able to be back in Copenhagen for the evening, Fredensborg Castle and surrounding attractions are worth a trip IMO. Roskilde with the Viking museum (Part of the museum are an open workshop where they build Viking longships with same tools as then and with the ability to join others being "engines" on a tour in the fjord) and "Roskilde Domkirke" where most of our monarchs are buried. A trip to Helsingør and a visit at Kronborg castle, maybe visiting the contemporary art museum "Louisiana" beautifully situated in a forest along the coastline with both permanent exhibitions (like the sculptures in the forest) and high quality changing ones could be options. Kronborg Castle were the Castle Shakespeare used as setting for his world famous play, Hamlet.
