If the idea is to fill the syringe and have the drills come out of the tip, why would you need the wax? I hope you get your money back. Thanks for sharing!!

Yes I saw that tool about 8 months ago and knew instantly it was one huge scam. And did not get sucked in
I'm so glad you tested this and showed the world it doesn't work. I knew by watching the video that it was a syringe and there was no way it would work. So many people thought it was genius!
I saw this advertised alot but I never considered buying it because I could understand how the drills would come out the right way with nothing to guide them. However, I am glad you put this out here because most of us want all the things to do our diamond paintings with to make it easier. Awesome Rachel!
It’s so odd because Diamond painting to me is therapeutic and it’s part of the fun just going slowly! I don’t even keep most of the completed paintings. It looks like a total scam! Thank you Raechel! I’m very happy about the Diamond Art Club, they are a lot better quality! On a side note. I dropped a bag of drills and I emailed Diamond Art Club. I offered to purchase replacement drills and gave them the number and description. They sent me replacement drills no problem and it was fast!

If you use the wax then the drills can't fall out. I seen this before too and knew it was a scam. How many people have fallen for this scam. Thanks for posting this.

I purchased one last month. I received the same syringe and wax. Emailed Bryan Cambridge and asked for a full refund or something of equal value. I explained to him that what I received is not what they advertised on Facebook. Yes they took the advertisement down and it’s no longer on their website. They sent me a 30x40 painting in replace. I’m satisfied but I’ll never do business with them again.

They trim and edit those videos to make it look like they come out. It's just a storage container with a single placer. So glad I didn't buy it. Thank you for showing others!
I remember seeing this particular "tool" maybe on Pinterest and thinking "Yeah, right!" It just looked so impractical to me. Thanks for showing it and hopefully no one else will fall for this scam.
I saw this and also saw the 'fake' replies from the company claiming that it turned the drills round the right way up and pre-waxed them too. Needless to say I commented that it was physically impossible for it to pass the drills through one at a time - the right way up - and even if it could, if the drills came out then you wouldn't be able to place them as the slightest pressure would push the drills back up the spout!
I have not seen these 'pens' advertised for a few weeks now. Wish is also a crock site to buy from. While the stuff does arrive, it's not what the picture shows and a lot of their 'free' stuff costs more to ship than it would cost if you just went to your local £1 shop to buy! Thankfully I have been able to get full refunds - including a £20 cat canvas which ended up being a lot duller than the picture showed. They refunded both the cost of the canvas and my full shipping cost - and didn't ask for it to be returned! Bonus!!

They could have sent better wax at least since they were scamming you. I saw that on Facebook and thought the drills will never fit through that hole. Glad you cleared things up about it but I’m sorry you wasted money on it.
I have already made the mistake of buying from ads on FB. BIG mistake! Both items were a joke, and I managed to get them both returned. Although one item I had to threaten a report to Paypal. My advice would be to never, ever buy from any FB ads!

It looks like a 50cc luer lock syringe without markings or plunger. Had to question why wax was in the tip to start with if the drills were supposed to come out of it. I will admit I would be curious to try syringe on it’s own with plunger to see if you could use it with suction alone. Thanks for doing the Video! I appreciate the reviews you, Mrs. Coffee and others create. I have gotten so many great buys and avoided iffy purchases because of them. Please keep them coming :-)
I just started diamond painting in January and something similar keeps popping up on my feeds. They are much prettier now, and I would consider getting one, like you said, to display my pretty leftover drills, but it they definitely try to make it look like the pen is a "dispenser". It boggled my mind for quite a bit how the square diamond would get through the regular round tip of the single placer. Then I realized they were just editing the video. Thanks for confirming my suspicions!

I saw these things too. Common sense goes a long way at times. There was no way the drills could flip..Unless like you said fill it with bad drills and use it as a single placer.
You know what the saying is, if it's to good to be true...it isn't.

Why reinvent the wheel. I mean diamond painting with a pen, tweezer or multiplacer. Thank you for taking the time to show this on the channel. Just looking at it makes no sense how that would work.

I don't do social media really so I missed this but I don't even see how anything comes out of the tube... Except the back end... 🤨🤔 LOL.
I've had too many scammers continue to run my card after I made a purchase so if possible anybody who purchased from them, I'd suggest getting a replacement card. Stopping the 1 company you bought from doesn't seem like it'll be enough since they have multiple names etc.

Yes I agree but it is important to remind new painters not to fall for these fake sites. Also I used PayPal, not a card. I highly recommend not using a credit card with these sites!

I mean.......it doesn't even make any sense. Why is there wax in the bottom of it, with the drills poured in on top? That's the exact opposite of how you do it! How are the drills supposed to come out of the pen with a hunk of wax in the little tip? Like, jeez, at least put a little effort into your scam, you know? It's like they made this without knowing a single thing about diamond painting, and they think you use the pink wax between the drill and the canvas. But even if that were the way it works, this thing is clearly still junk.
Have you tried the new suction pen? It totally uses air to suck the diamond up to the pen and then it releases on the sheet.

I saw an ad for a diamond painting pen. You fill up the barrel and it puts them down right side up. LOL..😂😂😂 anyone who diamond paints know this won't work.

That’s strange because I can’t find where it says to fill it and you can continuously place drills. I would be surprised if anybody thought drills would go down into the pen right side up. I thought you just fill the pen with something aesthetically pleasing to yourself.

Thanks Rachael. I made a purchase from a China company and used paypal the company sent me reading glasses not worth .50cent and told me to send them back for my money back. It would have cost me more half my money for the shipping alone.Mind you the purchase was for 2 rolling carts at 19.99 each. Paypal refused to give my money back over a technically. The company used a different name when sending the emails. Lets just say lesson learned. So $40 poorer but wiser.

That’s why you open a dispute with your bank if PayPal will not refund you as long as you have proof of what you bought and you also have those glasses and take pictures and provide it to you bank and explain that it will cost you double what the glasses cost you will most certainly get your money back that you payed for them ok.

How about the pens that already have the wax attached? Has anyone tried it? I imagine after the tip has worn down it wouldn't work.
Yes, I remember testing it out, but it doesn't hold diamonds as well as normal pens and was really much better for the irregularly shaped ones!
