double Matt .. Always a killer is when a are car sits, even though it doesn't have that many miles on it, the main problems are going to be sitting to long.

Recently replaced the booster and master in my 90 GT and oh boy that was fun.
If it was aftermarket and it's working well then you're one of the lucky ones.
Just an fyi for nemesis. You shouldn’t use the gt booster because of the 4 wheel disk and cobra brakes. You will need a 93 cobra or sn95 booster.
Absolutely right. I'm thinking of using a 93 cobra.

Car is looking great. Glad you got it ready in time for the first day of school. I’m old school Matt and I think rear hatch louvres would look great on the car. Just my 2 cents.

Hey buddy! Actually I think louvers would look good as well. Paint correction is something I've thought of, but it'll be a little bit before we get to that one.

Did you guys flush the brake lines ? Or did you replace them ? Thx. Keep the 86 content coming !!
I replaced the lines at the rotors (the non metal lines), but reused all the rest of the lines as they were in good shape at 50,000 miles. Thanks for watching and I"m glad you're enjoying the content.

Why rebuild? Just get new.
Nowadays a lot of parts are just defective out of the box even if new, so this is a way to save labor hours. I went through 6 brand new master cylinders until I got one that worked correctly for one of my projects.
We explain in the video why we don't get a new one.

@GearHead704 A great video, you stated you purchased a brand new one and It was defective. Where did you purchase it from? I need a new booster and master cylinder on my 86 and i don't want a bad one out of the box. I don't have time or knowledge to rebuild.
