Personally think he's surpassed Pavarotti already who had perfection in notes but not a lot of emotion. Also his voice didn't resonate the way Jonathan's does - at least, I didn't think so.

I don't know if that's the case. Beyond having the vocal capacity and, even being very remarkable, it is highly recommended to professionally educate the voice to take care of it and obtain more notable performances from it. Many winners of contests like this throw themselves into the spectacle of mass singing, avoiding training musically and soon, no longer giving their voices, they are surpassed by others more capable or by the end of the ephemeral media fame given by listeners eager for emotions.

I’m glad so many of you love Jonathan but comparing him to Pavarotti is just too much. He can’t touch Pavarotti. In any aspect of LP voice, technique and certainly career.
