Another Alien Moon Base? Sure looks like it to me. You decide!

I was on Google Earth and switched over to the Moon to get a closer look at some of these claims of bases there. I was searching the area at the upper right where the Apollo 16 landed and found this other area that looked very odd. 90 degree angles. Looked like buildings. I doubt those are a natural formation.There's quite a few craters with those white dots in them as well. Not sure what they are. Possible film issues? Thoughts??
