PERIOD SIGNS: first period post Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

In this video I talk all about the first signs I noticed of my period coming back after 1 year of no period post pill and Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
Signs included: weight fluctuations, CM, bloating, spotting, mood swings.

Sore breasts, increased hunger, and an increase on the scale were my main signs that my period was on the way!

❤ i got mine back 🎉. I think it starts when I am out of my anxiety. It took me ~3 months. I did not expect it at all that early, I thought it would take 6 months or more. I saw spotting mixed with mucus, then after 48hours and a little hard cramps then it starts. It wasnt that much bleeding, but it was definitely coming and the cramps got better. I noticed that my hair got better, grew more hair and softer although I didn’t change my hair routine, less oily too. My digestion got better, and I feel energetic even though I don’t eat as much. I had eating disorder and anxiety. And I believe the body knows when you’re ready to get it back. But overall I am happy that the anxiety is gone, and my period is back. Please from my experience, it’s the anxiety that hold u back, unless u are in extreme body condition that needs to be changed, just free yourself from burden ❤
