Thank you so much for making such a great video! I am new to using any type of compressor & also took me some time to figure out how to attach the holder. You explained that & how to set the PSI in easy terms & was just what I needed. I'm getting ready to try mine out right now!
Thank you Marsha. I'm glad it was helpful. 😊
Thanks for showing me how to use my compressor! I’ve had the same exact one for a few years now (with the extra trap too) and never worked out the locking mechanism on the PSI gauge. You explain everything so well!
I'm so glad you found the video helpful😊
I just purchased this compressor and your video was very helpful. Thank you!
😁
This was very helpful, thank you very much. I have one very similar and will now be able to adjust the air
Thank you Julie. I'm glad you found it helpful.
Great video! Was worried because I found the instructions lackluster, now I feel much better. Thank you
Glad you found it helpful😊
Jeannette... first of all you are awesome and a great teacher!!!
I am new to the alcohol ink world... I've just ordered my airbrush and compressor. I'm unbelievably impressed with your videos and the information you share in all of them. I just wanted to let you know that I will be able to learn this technique only because of your detailed videos.
Once I get past the initial expense of the supplies... I will repay you in some way! Thank you so much! ❤️
Your biggest fan...
You are so sweet! Thank you for the kind words. I hope you join the Facebook group "Vivo Vintage Designs tutorials" id you havent already, and share your work with me. I would love to see how you do!
I just got one of these and found your video very helpful. Thanks! 👍
I'm so glad. I tried to answer all the questions I had when I got mine, as well as questions often asked by my subscribers.
Your awesome! Very good at actually explaining stuff!
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much!!! This video got me going with my new compressor and saved me so much time. 😊
Glad it was helpful 😊
Thank you! I really needed the stuff about adjusting the PSI, SUPER HELPFUL!!!
I'm glad I could help 😌
@VivoVintageDesigns l bought one, but the airbrushes seem to not spray a lot out like the flow is weak, psi at 30. Any suggestions? Thank you for answering back.
I'm so glad!
So glad I found this. I am considering the 320 but reading about it just isn't adequate. You have shown the compressor in an easy-to-understand demonstration. Thank you! You have a knack for explaining things clearly.
Hi Noe. Thank you for watching and I'm glad you found the video helpful.
Thanks, appreciate the information.
Thank you for sharing the information on how to adjust pressure on air compressors. It will be a good reference for those of us who struggle with those adjustments. All along I thought it was me, but Now I’m sure there is a problem with the compressor itself. This was very helpful!
Thank you Jean. If the one you have is still under warranty, reach out to them. I had an issue with the first one I had and contacted the Amazon seller and they replaced it immediately and upgraded to the latest model of the one I had.
PERFECT!!!! THANKS!!!
Thanks for the quick video about your compressor. I’ve got the “baby” one that I bought years ago for other reasons but have been thinking of upgrading. I like that I can buy just the compressor since my airbrush with the same moisture trap you demonstrated should be compatible.
Hi Michelle. This compressor comes with the gun, but I'm sure you could purchase just a compressor.
Thank u so much.i bought mine two years ago and I have never used it before.w definitely use it.God bless you
You're welcome...and thank you 😊
Very helpful, thanks for the video!
You're welcome 😁
Very helpful thank you!
You're welcome 😊
Thank you so much for such a great video!
I'm glad you found it helpful 😌
Awesome! I just bought the same brand And this is exactly what I need to know.
Glad I could help.
Thabk You for the wonderful lesson ,it truly helped me alot .❤
I'm so glad! 😊
Thank you so much am just getting my master airbrush in a weeks time so am just doing my research am I found your video very informative lots of love from Kenya ❤
Thank you so much for watching. I'm glad you found it helpful.
If I was with you right now and Covid wasn’t an issue I’d give you the biggest hug!!! I couldn’t figure out how to change the psi, I watched loads of videos and learned nothing. Then I watch your video and boom! That took all of 30 seconds...thank you Janette 😊
Kerry, I'm so glad the video was able to help you. How to adjust the PSI is the question I get asked the most, so I figured it was time for a video. The instructions that come in the package are not really very helpful.
@@VivoVintageDesigns neither were the other videos 😂
Very helpful, especially where the air brush holder went!
Glad it was helpful. I took me a while to figure out where it went...😂
@@VivoVintageDesigns, I put it on right after your video, it had been a cat toy for 3 weeks 🤣
@James Hicks that's funny! Glad I could help.
Thank you!
You're welcome 😁
Thank goodness
😁
Very helpful! Just a few days late for me lol I got my compressor on Friday and had to Google how the heck to change the psi.
You are not alone! Hence the video...lol.😊
So glad I found your video. I always wondered where that damn holder went. Lol I hang mine from the psi adjuster I just never knew there is a screw there to place it under 🙈
Lol...it took me a while to figure it out myself. Glad I was able to help 😁
Thank you ❤
😁
Thank you!! I just got a compressor like this and the instructions said nothing helpful! Now I can confidently start my project. 😊
I'm so glad you found the information helpful. 😊
Bless you! Just got this machine and had no idea how to adjust the PSI. It came with 3 air brushes. Do you ever use the other 2; and if so, could you do a video on those? Thank you for your excellent instruction!
Lucky you! Mine only came with one. I'm so glad this video was helpful for you 😊
Hi Jeannette! Thank you so much for this video. I think I will be ordering this. Your video was wonderful and especially informative for a novice like me! Your directions and explanations were great & so helpful. I noticed there were 2 places to keep your nozzle. Do you use more than one nozzle at a time or is that not needed?
Hi Kathy. I'm so glad you found this video helpful. This compressor comes with 1 gun. It's all I use. Although that attachment holds 2, I only need 1. I suppose if you were using it to spray the paint through, you might want to rather than stopping to clean the gun out all the time. You could just switch to the second.
Hi Jeannette. I forgot to ask if you have any videos explaining how much alcohol ink you use & how to fill your ink? Do you use blending solution also? Higher pressure helps with what techniques? I don't have the machine yet, but all these questions keep popping up in my mind! LOL!
Hi Kathy. Take a look at my playlist and you will find videos showing how much ink and alcohol I use for each painting and technique. I also tell you what the PSI is set on for each painting as well. I try to provide as much information as possible. I seldom use blending solution and prefer 91 or 99% alcohol. Feel free to ask away...anytime!
Hi, Jeannette! Thank you so much for posting this video! I have really been struggling with getting one that works. I have purchased 2 of these exact same models and also one other brand, and I returned all 3 of them. I could adjust the PSI down on all of them, but none of them would go over 25-30 PSI. I just ordered another one, so I’m hoping it will work. How high are you actually able to get the PSI on yours? Thank you so much! This was very helpful!
Mine goes up to 100, but the highest I've ever used it was 60. Never had a need to go higher, although it could. Good luck with your new one😊
@@VivoVintageDesigns great, thank you! I’m hoping #4 will be a winner!!!
this model is supposed to have a work pressure up to 25-30psi, if you want more you will need a model with bigger tank, at the time that you purchase ask the max of work pressure@@TJ-mu6ud
This is really helpful since I have the same model but mine automatically goes up to 50-60 psi and I can't adjust it, I just started learning how to use airbrushes too
I'm glad you found it helpful. It should not automatically go that high. I'd you can't adjust it and keep it at the psi you've selected, something is wrong. I would contact the manufacturer .
@@VivoVintageDesignsdid you ever figure out how to adjust it mines won’t let me adjust the psi neither
It should stay where you set it. Contact the manufacturer.
Thanks for sharing this information, very helpful. I have a question, I forgot to turn my compressor off one night and now is sounds as if it wants to stall out....any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
I seldom turn mine off, so I'm not sure why it would sound like that. Is it preforming differently?
Your videos are super helpful, thank you! I have a random question I'm hoping you can help me with - I have this exact model and just started using it today for alcohol inks (just using the air to move the ink around). I used it for about 15-20 minutes when suddenly the compressor just kept turning off. I can't get the manufacturer's website to pull up, there's nothing in the instruction manuals, I've googled and come up empty handed. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? When I turn the unit on it starts and them shuts itself off when it reaches 50 PSI. I believe I had it set to 50 to achieve a working PSI of 30. Any insight you could provide would be amazing.
I had issues with mine a few years back. I contacted the company and since it was still under warranty, they replaced the unit. It sounds like you are losing pressure. Check your hose connections to make sure they are on tight and check the hose for leaks. Make sure that the unit is not covered as it need air circulation. If you cant find a number for Master, contact the seller, if you bought it from Amazon. Good luck.
Get one with a secondary tank it's well worth the cost. I have both and the compressor without a reservoir tank runs constantly (very annoying) and worse gets very hot can cause burns so if you have kids about this can be a problem.
I can see how that would be annoying and dangerous.
Thank you for this video. I do have a question - I've only used my compressor once last year, and when I went to turn it on last week, the compressor isn't holding to the pressure it's dialed in at. Also, it's kicking on only when it hit's zero so it's giving me trouble while painting. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Check you connections to make sure you don't have any air leaks. If that's not the issue, contact the manufacturer. They are usually very helpful. Good luck!
I have the same compressor, and it's always seemed great, then I didn't use it for a while (1 year). I started it today, it ran for about 5-7 seconds then stopped. I can't get it going again and I've checked things like the plug, circuit breaker, it looks good save for a bit of dust, but no life. There are no videos on issues with it, so I'm hoping you may have some insight for me. You repeatedly said write and ask and I'll answer, so here I am 🤔 dazed and confused.
Hi Andy. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer. I've not experienced that issue. When I did have an issue in the past with the one I had before, it was still under warranty and I reached out to the manufacturer. They sent me a new one. I would reach out to them. Perhaps they can help or advise. Sorry...wish I could be of more help 😔
Do you use any kind of tip for the gun?
I use the tip that came on it.
Where did u get those moisture filters or what brand are they?
The links to the airbrush and additional moisture trap are in the description box below the video.
Please I do not know how to insert all the parts.can u do a video on that
All you should have to do is screw in the hose on both ends. One to the compressor and the other to the gun. Let me know what else you need help with.
Hi There for some reason my compressor stay at 60 don’t go lower or higher pulled knob and Turned both ways and nothing.
Have you checked your hose and connections for leaks?
in the event the compessor doesn't build any pressure what do i do?
Check your connection and hose to make sure there are no leaks. If that not the issue and you are still under warranty, contact the company. They replaced mine with a new one when I had an issue a few years ago.
What is the warranty? My late husband had a large compressor for work and they run for years. But it is too big and heavy for inside daily use.
When you purchase this one, it comes with a 1 yr warranty. If there is a problem, they will repair or replace it.
I just purchased this compressor. I had it up and working for maybe five minutes before it stopped. The light turns on so I know it’s getting power, but it doesn’t start running. I watched your video previously, and I don’t believe I did anything wrong. Have you ran into this problem, and is there a way to fix it?
@ArianaMurray-j7d I haven't had that problem with this one. However, I did have an issue with the one before. I was still with the one yr warranty and they quickly replaced it with the one I have now. Contact them. Good luck.
I can see my psi move when I adjust the pressure
You should see it move when you adjust it.
i have one similar but there’s no instructions to assemble i have extra parts unsure of where they go
Mine arrived without instructions either. If the information in this video was not enough to help you figure yours out, try doing a search for instructions for your model. You may get lucky and find some helpful information. Good luck.😊
Hi, I bought the same compressor from Amazon it's my first one trying to start a hobby of air brushing and I have some weird problem.
The compressor working for a few minutes each time then suddenly stop pumping air and get in some "time out" for a few more minutes before start pumping air again.
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
Or my compressor is broken?
Reach out to the seller. My 1st one had a 1 year warranty and began making a strange noise 8 months in. I reached out to them and they sent me a new one. In the meantime, check your connections to make sure there are no leaks and that the hose is connected properly. Good luck.
I just got mine today and the pressure regulator won’t stop leaking, what do I do? Did I get a faulty one? please help help me
Check to see it the hose is connected tightly at both ends and if continues, you should have a 1 yr warranty. You can always reach out to the manufacturer as well. Let me know how it goes and good luck.
My PSI stays 55 even if I turn the knob in either direction. I came here because of the moisture and noticed her PSI was lower so I tried to lower mine...
What is wrong?
Are you pressing the air release trigger as you lower the PSI?
Hello, my wife has this air compressor but the needle doesn’t appear to be moving. She tried turning it both ways but no luck. Suggestions?
Did she pull up on the knob? You have to pull it up in order to adjust the psi. Once you get it where you want it set, you push down to lock the psi.
Thank you for the reply! Yes, she did exactly what was shown in the video and unfortunately it’s not adjusting either way. It turns, but it won’t increase or decrease. The needle doesn’t move either until you use the airbrush. I turn it up high as it goes and the psi will go to 40, then in a few seconds, back to about 28. No matter how I adjust it, it’s always the same on the gauge,
@@jasonwargo5244 there could be a leak in your connection or perhaps the hose. If it'd not either of those things, call the company. Their customer service was great when I had an issue with the one I had prior. They replaced mine as it was still under warranty.
I just got the same compressor, but I am unable to work as compressor stops itself, plz guide
It auto adjust around 50 to 60 psi then when I release pressure it goes back to 0 and stops working
There is a 1 year warranty. I had one that began making a strange noise and wasn't working properly within 10.months and I wrote and called. They replaced it for me and even upgrade me to a newer model. Reach out to them. The only thing I can think of that may be wrong with yours is that you have a leak. They were really great about it...no hassle. Didn't even have to return the broken one.
I forgot to mention...check the connections of your hose to make sure they are on properly and that they are on tightly. Wish I could be of more help.
@@VivoVintageDesigns i tried troubleshooting everything is perfect its just compressor when attached to airbrush lags alot psi goes to 60 then when I use drops back to 0 while using and stops then take time to get back to 60, lots of time
It sometimes breaks on 30 psi then again back to zero
@@afzaalvlogs if you've tried everything, then I would reach out to the seller. When I had issues, they we great about honoring the warranty. Good luck.
FYI, both your facebook and instagram links are not working.
Thank you for letting me know!
Can you airbrush a shirt with this
I would imagine you could.
Thankyou, this product has the worst instruction manuel I have ever seen!
@thekingoftheweirdos lol. It really does. Glad to help.
