Acrylic Pouring 💉 Syringe Color Injection Technique | Beautiful & Big Cells

THE PREPARATION:
For this technique you must first get a disposable syringe. You can order it cheaply on the Internet, or ask your pharmacy, they always have syringes in stock. Mix your paints as usual and add 3 drops of silicone oil to all colours except the black one. Then open the syringe and pour in the colours one after the other. I had a stopper on my syringe, but you can also make your own stopper to prevent the paint from running out.
MIXTURE OF PAINT:
30% Paint
50% Pouring Medium (PVA Glue)
20% Distilled Water
3 Drops of Silicone Oil to all Colours expect Black.
THE POURING PROCESS:
For this technique, the canvas is primed with black paint before. Don't use too little, but about as much as you would use for the Open Cup technique. When you have spread your paint, carefully open your syringe and slowly push the paint out while you travel over your canvas. Now you can use heat to promote cell formation. Very important: Don't tilt your canvas, the paint is thick enough that the cells grow by themselves. Give the painting about half an hour to run apart, after that you can still adjust the motif a little bit without disturbing your cells :)
