I think the last time it got tinkered with was when they changed its recoil pattern after 10 shots, before that it was pretty OP and literally could laser u from long range distances (taking also into account that the bullet drop for energy weapons got a nerf much after thqt because even with the change it was still that good if u controlled the crazy recoil).
I think this is why I haven't found the Havoc meta particularly frustrating - I have loved the Prowler for so long and run it a lot so Havoc isn't as scary. I also find the Flatline decent competition against the Havoc since it also has been a sleeper for a long time.
I can contest to the scuff controlers the Fiancé bought me one for birthday and it is great. The paddles are definitely game changer but only minimally as I still just stuck at the game lmao 😅
Bro, the havoc hipfire is insane right now, same with spitfire but it just takes bullets. The nemi, melts right now, especially fully charged. Ima have to play with the prowler more, it's dirty when I'm hitting my shots I just gotta use it more to hit with it more. So I'll run that nemi hemi wambo combo.
The nemi has terrible dps. You’re gonna get spit roasted by a good player up close unless your already ramped up with a nemi. And havoc did get a damage buff with turbo. Used to be -1 per shot but now it doesn’t have any drawback.
R99 is underrated right now with the purple or gold mag and everyone wants a havok/turbo so bad they leave gold light mags everywhere and of course the Peacekeeper with disrupters is great for countering the havok too. And the Car is still great u just cant miss shots. I know the volt and prowler and popular right now but I still love all of the guns I mentioned above them even tho they are good weapons, the turbo havok is awesome tho but I wish they wud nerf the regular havok to where its not OP without the turbo.
I think some people have an aversion to rhe nemesis partially because of the ramp up mechanic and partially because the Hemlock doesn't have the ramp up. At minimum ramp it's still a very usable weapon, then at max ramp it melts faces. Honestly, anyone out there, give it a shot if you haven't yet.

I’m no where near your skill level I just wanted to throw a recommendation out to you why not bind grenade to an inner paddle and the healing button to an inner paddle? I could heal and nade so much quicker using the same paddles idk just a thought king
Hemlock on single fire does DIRTY things to people. Best gun in the game I don’t care what anyone says. I run a hemlock/volt or a hemlock/alternator but only if I have disrupter rounds hop up for it

The havoc hasn’t gotten nerfed or buffed in damn near years and it’s been the best in the game if you can handle the recoil

i bind my jump to my left paddle and gun swap to my left paddle, seems easier so i dont have to take my thumb off the right stick
