if you didn’t have the idea already i think it’d be super funny to instead have two rival clubs, one like the wholesome PTA school moms like you mentioned and the other like the more rowdy feisty soccer moms! they’re always competing at school events, it sounds like a movie id watch. also the build is stunning ❤️

I love this build! I use the hamsters all the time in my gameplay because they are useful. If you have child-aged Sims, the interaction "Study Rodent" on the cage will count as them doing their homework and that's really cool. Not to mention all the character values they can build through interactions with the critters. I know why the pack is controversial but I use it and Batuu a lot in my personal builds so I always think it's nice to see them in other Simmer's videos.

Jess! Do you think you'd ever have interest in making a sort of guide to coming up with house floor plans/layouts? I think there'd be a lot of interest in seeing what your favorite tips, tricks, and go-to styles/processes are!
My sims are mom, dad, child son, child daughter, 2 toddler sons. So I turned the toddler suite into a shared toddler suite for boys, and the room across from the girls room is a boys and includes the void critter station. The terrain sand isn't playable, so I had to replace it with playable sand. Otherwise I love this house and how much there is for kids to do! I put it in willow creek next door to the goth house. So the kids have a playground right next door as well.

the way you just magically build floor plans and house exteriors is always so satisfying! your brain is incredible haha i can never build this well! this is one of my faves so far, going straight into my save x

There is a big storm here as well. I live in the north part of the Netherlands and a lot of trees have already been fallen over and some people even died due to those fallen trees that fell on them. We also got an alert that we shouldn't step outside. So I've spend the whole day inside today
That’s so sad to hear 😥 i think the worst of it is over now, but think we got a red alert for it 😅

Gosh I love how you build family houses! My favorite type of gameplay and it shows that you actually play the game by the layouts and just items placed. Love love this build!!!!

She gets HUGE props for playtesting builds. It's annoying when you find a great looking build but your Sims can't use it. Never a problem from Jess.

Why are you so good at building houses!?!?!? You should do a single person “house” that is a tree house. Like, they wanted to live the tiny house life but they wanted to have it in a tree inside of on the ground like normal tiny houses.

I've rewatched so many of your videos. I like the story, the detail you give to each household. You inspire so many builds in my game. I play on PS4 so I don't have mods but even the stories you come up with spark new ideas for me.
Omg Jessica I had a hamster in my dinning room too! It accidentally got out one time and my dad put a plate of cheese down thinking it would lure him back! 😂 it did not work! I love your builds! I also love how the community stayed together for those simmers in Russia. I enjoy the “boring” families. I love wholesome stuff.

I love using the club system! I thought about doing like the soccer mom club and the snotty mom club and I wish that we could make our clubs have rivals with other clubs. Like the jocks and nerds kinda thing. Anyway, I love this home!
You sort of can, if you set the social interactions (for example being mean) towards another club 😊
But no, not a direct setting as rivals!

i think it would be a playhouse!!! This build is so cute, I noticed you use the same little tree dollhouse a lot in your builds! Are there other dollhouses too or just that one? I love that little item!
There are other dollhouses, but the cardboard one is my favourite by far!

I have one question though, why do you not change the lights to the lights in game throughout the house? I feel like it’s a missed opportunity for more personalization and it can add to the style

Like I’m curious as to why you leave the saucer lights and don’t replace them with a prettier light or one that fits the build more (also omg thank you for responding😄)
Ohhhh!! I do it because personally I hate seeing the big clunky lights in a home when playing myself, find them so distracting 🤣😅 I might sometimes add the odd ceiling light here or there but for the most part I think it’s better for gameplay (for me anyway!) if they are just tiny little saucers!🤍

As somebody who is LGBTQ and Eastern European, I understand why they wouldn't release it in Russia to be honest. I love Eastern Europe and I love my culture, however it is soooo homophobic here, and it could have made sooo much trouble and been used as anti LGBTQ propaganda, especially in slavic countries (I am half slavic). I'm glad Russian simmers will get the pack but I can't get mad at EA for THIS decision, however not adding cars is free game lmao
