I think Gane should show more of his vicious / aggressive side ( glimpses of which we saw in the Tuivasa fight, where he showed lot more urgency in his striking)...otherwise he does too much of the Bon Gamin stuff like he did in the Rozenstruik and some extent in the Ngannou fight....

Gane is a great technical striker and has speed and movement (in standing exchanges) that few can match at HW. But grappling is his kryptonite. Much was made of his TD defense, before he fought Ngannou, but he never faced a wrestler. And Ngannou had his way with him in the grappling department, without even being a wrestler. Jones made it look easy.
I think, he has been found out. It is too glaring a weakness. Spivac, Almeida, Blaydes, Tybura and Aspinall are some of the ranked guys, who can take advantage of that.

Yeahhh after watching this I’m even more convinced he’s losing against jones..his skill just doesn’t match jones at all..Gane is very repetitive with his attacks, he may give jones some trouble in the first or second rounds but jones will figure it out quick.
However he does have really good footwork for his size, nobody knows what jones is looking like right now on his feet so hopefully he’s not too slow.
