what you said about kids not respecting you if their dad doesnt is soooooooo true. I have neighbours and the dad is so mentally abusive towards the mum and their son doesnt respect her or is scared of her and hes only 8 or 9

I love how you added looking after your mental health because i think certain moms lose it because they have to do everything and they have no one to help them out. And its important that mom's do that because if i'm not okay then how am i going to be able to take care of everyone around me
