It was an eve of Ramadan. I wanted to celebrate it with my family so `I took them to ITC for Dinner. We had Full course meal at Avartana which is in ITC. We had a whole another level of experience. We all enjoyed the food thoroughly.

The reason its slow is becuase chefs have to create dish from scratch and maybe their labour force is working with a minimum staff than usual....
No the entire concept is to relish the food slow. We had the entire 12 course meal for around 4 hours. The ambience and the food is very apt to relax with ur frnds and family
