  • This capsule explains how the Criminal Code categorizes and establishes liability for a variety of acts that lead to the death of another human being. My objective here is simply to set out the differences between murder, manslaughter and infanticide, and provide a "road map" around the (sometimes complicated) Code provisions that define the various offences.

    What is someone commits suicide because they have been stalked for 15 years and electronically interfered with - accounts hacks - WiFi - computer malware so they know everywhere you go - and slander you to everyone you come across but they don’t leave much evidence behind.

    In my pre trial the crown said I might be charged with Involuntary man slaughter in Canada which is a charge here and the man died months later from a fall.. how is this possible let me know?

    Infanticide is a discriminatory law, a law written for women to let them off the hook
    No women has spend more than a year in jail for infanticide even though the penalty is five
